I went in to purchase an AMP for my husband and when we got home and he opened it there was no AMP to his surprise it was a bag of SAND in the box so when he tried to go back to the store which It literally took 10 minutes from the time we bought it to the time we got home and went back since we live across the street and he was trying to return it to get our money back the lady at customer service told him she was unable to process the return due to there not being a product in the box well of course cuz that is exactly how we got the box with NO PRODUCT IN IT! She then went on to call a "Supervisor " named GRACE and let me tell you she was very RUDE about the situation and NOT willing to help my husband saying THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT! Oh trust me I know there is something you can do about it. So I went in the next day of course after I called corporate to tell them about the situation and the said to go in store to ask for STORE MANAGER which his name is ERKHAN and I was waiting in line to do so and as GRACE walked by I asked her if I could speak to STORE MANAGER ERKHAN she stated he was in a zoom meeting went to the back and when she came back out she stated to me that ERKHAN WAS NOT THERE AS IT WAS HIS BDAY and she again told me there was nothing they could do looked at receipt asked me to wait and walked away took her about an hour to even come back to talk to me again BUT to my surprise ERKHAN had walked out to the main store right behind her literally 2 minutes after she walked away from me SO SHE LIED TO ME AND SAID HE WAS IN ZOOM MEETING THEN CAME BACK OUT AND SAID HE WAS NOT IN STORE BUT HE WALKED OUT BEHIND HER 2 minutes LATER! She had the nerve to call security on me when all I wanted was my money back wasnt making a scene or being loud so when I told security why am I being asked to leave if im not disturbing nobody they all 3 looked at eachother and walked away leaving me alone WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER COMING FROM A MANAGER WHO LIES TO A CUSTOMER IS DEFINITELY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM cuz at the end of the day CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! And definitely will NOT being taking anymore business to that store ever again! GRACE AND ERKHAN ARE HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND A DISGRACE TO THE SOCIETY! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONICS THERE AND IF YOU DO OPEN THE BOX IN FRONT OF THEM BEFORE WALKING OUT THE STORE TO MAKE SURE IT IS THE CORRECT PRODUCT IN THE BOX!

Hundreds of Walmart employees walking throughout the store. Lines of people trying to get out of the three checkout stands available. It's even more annoying when there are managers sitting on the other side just watching you and chuckling It's fairly obvious that nobody here cares. This is a great excuse for people to go back to local establishments. Pay a little more but good good good customer service. Unlike better quality. Certainly you're not going to have 27 people standing in line to try to get out of the checkout.

They have horrible customer service they're really rude give you dirty faces and respond with an attitude. I don't get why they work there if they don't like working there they should get fired this was the worst I have experienced I am not the type to leave bad reviews but two employees were really rude to me and I didn't check for they're name tags . They don't even deserve a star

You will see the workers but they won't even help you. Greeters don't even greet. So what is the point? Just talking amongst themselves. I was at self checkout and the only time the worker came up was when the scanning machine was beeping. I got done paying and the "give this store a rating" popped up and the employee gave the store 5 stars. Did not give me a chance to even input my opinion. This store isn't 5 stars. don't allow the employees to purposely add 5 stars. That's just wrong. Your own employees are giving this store false rating. You don't deserve 5 stars.

Ample parking but very busy place. Excellent location. Much better than the other Walmart next to Costco on the other side of Salinas. Very clean inside. The restrooms are white and clean just like in a hotel. Again, and like the other Walmart next to Costco. Employees were helpful. Clean place.

I had a problem with parking. I went during rush hour which it’s my fault but I only went was there for less than 15 min. Finding a parking was hectic so I parked in the online pick section and it was empty they had no pick up so I thought it wouldn’t affect anyone if I parked there for less than 15 min. When I came out there’s associates putting a warning on my car claiming that they will tow my car for parking in the pick up lot. I being a Karen because when I was leaving an associate yelled “bye” like if I did something wrong. Walmart is just threatening the customer with towing your car, when clearly there’s no sign that you can’t park there other than the pick up.

I went to Walmart this morning, I was looking for headphones and a cable for my mom's TV so she could hear the tv....she's 97 and turned up the volume. I went to Electronics and I asked the clerk forhelp....she wouldn't even help me. All she did was point. I've worked for Walmart in Phoenix.....that is not how you help people. I was so upset I left. I'm not going back to that Walmart ever again.

Let me start by saying that I love Walmart and I've been a weekly spender for the majority of my life. But today, unfortunately this Walmart earns the dreaded " Never shopping there EVER again!!" That store is lawless streets of San Francisco. They had one employee singing, so loud and obnoxiously at people I just walked away, figured it was an off day. The store itself is in shambles with multiple refrigerated sections out, and the juice swelling up from the process of making Pruno. There was one amazing Vato by the salad prep that was super cool but when we went to talk to the manager, everything just was like a Latina Karen. Just awful due to the frustration of the manager by having me try to share with broken areas The employees at the counter became rude. I've shopped with them for years. The scariest part about the store is that it doesn't want to keep my money safe. The credit card machine at the counter had obviously been tampered with and was ripped from the safe housing. Dangling by just a chord, with scratch marks on the face I ask about the safety of the equipment. The lady reply's with a blank abuela smug face ".....0 no say?" Like a question. I can deal with a rude employee, I can deal with a wakked out broken up store, but the one thing I cannot deal with is them not protecting my money. If you're a company who wants me to spend money, you better protect my money bottom line. Goodbye to that Walmart forever.

This Walmart was absolutely amazing today. The works were nice but the two that stood out the most was the over night manager but the real star was pat in electronics. She went above excellent costume service and deserves a raise same with the manager. Thank you Walmart teamBest, cooldude

I was treated like a shoplifter at this store location. I've never been harrassed like this at a retail store before. I get that the store has a shoplifting problem, which is why I'll be staying away from now on. It seems like customers are seen as shoplifters until they determine that you're not. Who the heck wants to shop in a store like that?

Here is a fun Walmart to shop, you never know when you come here if it'll be a complete mess (it usually is), but on my recent visit to my hometown Walmart in Salinas it was decently clean, and things were priced nor did they have unsafely built pallets up and down the aisles. I found the hard-to-get soda I was looking for, plus a few other items, and check-out lines were unusually short, yet no employees greeted me.

I work for a different retail store and help out with loss prevention. This place had my skin crawling. Just walking around spotted four shoplifters in a few minutes. Everything is locked up except the thieves in this place. Don't chance it. Something will happen here. The question is, will you be the victim or the shopper today.

I have been going to walmart since I was a kid. What I didn’t expect was this terrible experience I had today. My mom, nephew, and I went to go grocery shopping. As we were shopping I noticed a security pass by us two times but paid no mind as I was shopping. Then we went to us self checkout. We were in line for self checkout when one opened up right in front of the exit and the lady checking the receipts. My mom and I started scanning our stuff and putting it in a clear bin we had grabbed for storage at our house. My mom and I were talking and scanning when we saw the security guard looking at us in the isle we were checking out on. Then my mom noticed he went to tell something to a staff member named susannah. She went to go tell something to the receipt lady. Then she proceeded to come towards us saying she was just checking for security reasons which was fine by us because of all the thefts going on. So we just smiled and said it was okay. When my mom and I finished paying we headed towards the receipt lady and she called out susannah’s name loudly that made people turn around and stare. She grabbed my receipt and started to ask me if I had paid for the lysol and if I had paid for other things and in that time the other people just went around us and left with their things. Then she accused me three times that I hadn’t paid for a box of Huggies' diapers. She didn’t even ask me nicely she just told me, “ You didn’t scan the diapers.” She accused me three times and called susannah again. I told her to give me the receipt and showed her that I had paid for them. She then said, “oh okay I didn’t see,” in a very rude way. Keep in mind that people were still going around us and leaving with their groceries. Susannah then finally arrived and checked the receipt and asked what was going on. I told them that they could check my things one by one and even check the cameras since they were wrongfully accusing me of stealing. They said no you can go after everything that had happened. We told them that they had made us feel uncomfortable and there was no reason to wrongfully accuse us of stealing as the receipt was proof we had paid everything. It was a horrible experience that I had never been through before. My baby nephew was scared and my mom and I were left feeling uncomfortable and traumatized from the situation that the staff here mad us feel. I would give this store no stars if possible.
