Terrible pharmacy. Long wait every time. Upwards of an hour. Only to be told the meds not ready. I had received a message ahead of time saying they are ready! Floors, chairs dirty. Lack of air flow is so bad in back of store. Needs fans. Male pharmacist is the worst. Very rude.

Read here how someone was basically forced here. Us too bc of my employer's choice's of RX coverage. As I write this I'm on hold for now 20+ minutes. 5 times they've answered and said "Walgreens, hold please". I get they're busy but come on! Maybe hire more counter staff. Keith is Friendly and pleasant to interact with at least. Finally picked up for real at 23+ minutes with a 6th teaser

once again long lines only one person working at 9am. no point of getting express pickup cuz staff will still tell u to wait in the long line. and once again app not working. im forced to come in person because the app doesnt accept fsa and then to opt for delivery pacakges always get lost not on delivery ends but on the pharmacys end. again the app reflects its been out for delivery for days now come to find out the pharmacy hasnt even given the package to be delivered. stay away from here!!!

Damn. Lazy a** workers with terrible service. Cashiers look homeless and don't know where anything is at in the store. Photo area looks like a storage closet. This Walgreens needs to clean up badly. It looks like a ghetto corner store inside.

Walk in and do your business it's the best bet. Online is a total disconnect curb side is a100% failure fore. Store pickup same associates are lost on what the process didn't check if what I ordered was in the bags so I paid for items that were missing and then told my refund would come 7-10 days later. After my purchasing experience I got hame and.was still.missing items. Online and curbside NEVER AGAIN!

Went to Walgreens Pharmacy to receive the 2nd Moderna booster shot. I had a 10:15 am scheduled appointment filled out form then waited until they were ready for me. Scheduled an appointment September 11th 2022 at 2:15 p.m. administered the new up-to-date covid booster shot moderna and also administered the flu shot. Just a reminder don't forget to get your flu shot and you're up to date booster shot for Covid 19. I said my prayer; Lord let the shot be beneficial to me with no side effects, in the name of Jesus. Amen ???

I made an order online for curbside pick up, and then I received a message half an hour later saying that my order was picked up despite not having picked it up. I did not get my money back after making it clear that my item was not given to me. I spoke with the manager over the phone and she told me to go get the money back, but every time I've been to the store she is not there. I spoke to another manager at the store and he said that he couldn't give me the money back because he isn't aware of the situation as he was not there. It's not fair that people steal so easily and that employees do not ask for identification before delivering someone else's products. Bad service.

ORDER ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!... I am currently restricted to shopping online due to a broken leg that keeps me from driving. I placed an order at this store after screening for items in stock. I then noted that I did NOT want any substitutions and included my phone number if the shopper had any questions. I received the wrong item and the store refuses to provide a refund unless I take it back to the store. A)that is not possible because I cannot drive-which is why I used delivery and B)they are not going to refund any delivery fees or tips involved with the driver (who should not have had the delivery in the first place if it had been canceled. )

The pharmacy staff here is very rude and incompetent. It is taking them 5 days to get my workers Comp medication sorted. The staff either lied to me or are just incompetent. Even the manager who I spoke to gave me either a lie or just hadn't done her job. I called to complain that another staff member pharmacist had stepped away from me and said they couldn't talk to me. She refused to call the number from my work. That was yesterday. Then today when I spoke with the manager she didn't know my perscription was already authorized. My work hR had to call her and then they told my work the medicine was covered and they had the info they needed so I could get it. I am still waiting to get my meds though since they only filled 1 so far. They told my work it would be ready in an hour so I called to check. Now the pharmacy is telling me another hour. Either they are short staffed or the staff is incompetent/ rude/ lazy. I will never be getting a prescription from Walgreens again. This was my first and only time. Don't bother going to this pharmacy. Their wait time seems to be always an hour I heard them say this to another customer as well. That is horrible! Way too long. Especially with how many people I saw there. It looked like enough staff but I could be wrong.

No one respects the online pickup parking spots. Now I complained I feel like a big old Karen. Your store needs more handicap parking, I realized after I was complaining I was talking to a handicap man using the online pickup parking space. I feel like such a j**** Maybe you could move the pickup order parking signs to a different location or just take them down. I have never seen anyone else use them for their intended use. Others like the handicapped needs those parking spaces more. Not many people do pickup orders at this store. Maybe I should just drag my fat butt into the store to get my online pickup orders. I like do to complain.

Came here for my COVID-19 vaccine a few months ago. It is your standard Walgreens stocked with the usual items. I remember having to wait a long time for my first vaccine, but the pharmacist was very friendly and answered my medical questions. The second vaccine trip went fine, but we did not go into the room with the green +, and instead lined up around the greeting card area (weird). As for the items, they usually have a clearance section if thrift is your thing. At the time I was searching for some of the Cadbury eggs. I found some, and the small eggs too... but they turned out to be dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Guess customers went crazy for the latter!
