Time and time again, I try and give this pharmacy a chance. And still, no improvement. Had an appt for Covid, came 15 minutes early and still waiting over 45 minutes. Both pharmacy pick up and testing are the same line.

I ignored the past reviews . Do not make my mistake please. This pharmacy is just a loss of time. People are rude and they will not honor online appointments. I wish I could give this a zero star.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The pharmacy does not respect your appointment so don't bother making one because the rude staff will ignore you and tell you to wait in the back of the line regardless if those ahead of you don't have an appointment. IF YOU SCHEDULE A VACCINE APPOINTMENT, THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE OUT OF VACCINES BUT THE WALGREENS WEBSITE SAYS THEY DO HAVE IN STOCK. EAST SALINAS WALGREENS SUCKS !

Pharmacy rating - Covid testing. Made an appointment for covid testing, arrived 15 minutes early. Waited over an hour to get tested. There was a long line which included people picking up prescription and getting tested. I recommend Walgreens review their logistics and modify to help reduce wait time for individuals picking up prescription and getting tested. It was annoying and frustrated specially with a little one in the car. I attempted to call the pharmacy to get an update, took 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone line.

This place is sooooo slow. If you have 1 hr to spare. Come here takes about 20 mins per customer...suuuuper slow.

Calling the Manager of this store.. you need to speed up your pharmacy business procedures. I can't believe it takes over 3 hours to get to get to the counter.. wow.. shm..

I must address the issue and overall horrible experience at this Walgreens. I made an appointment for covid-19 PCR test, I do not live in this area, I could've taken MSTransit bus, however, due to tight schedule, I had to Uber to this Walgreens, spent nearly $50. I displayed my appointment confirmation email and was denied on the spot in the drive through lane. I do not drive and I do not own a vehicle. I wore a mask and communicated with manager Vitelia(I apologize for any misspelling), I also provided proof of the call history to this store, Manager's attitude was harsh,not friendly at all and kept mentioning 'you have to be in a car, it is not safe to do the test. It is not safe. It's the store's policy, you can come in to the store to talk and leave the drive way, a car might be coming, it is not safe, etc. Stating 'it is not safe over and over again. I witnessed manager's interaction with other customer who's in a car, the attitude was very accommodating, friendly, polite and professional. When it comes to our interaction, the attitude changed swiftly. I have taken PCR test before and the result is negative, I am Chinese and I am proud of my nationality. I do not know why the incident happened the way it did today, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. I will further report the unfair treatment.

Pharmacy technicians are impatient and rude. Not everyone has self administered a Covid test before, the least you could do is have some patience.

My appt was at 12:45 pm and it’s now 2:02 pm and I’m still waiting in line at the drive through. Worst wait ever. Never ever coming back to this location for a covid test.
