Went to Walgreens Pharmacy to receive the 2nd Moderna booster shot. I had a 10:15 am scheduled appointment filled out form then waited until they were ready for me. Scheduled an appointment September 11th 2022 at 2:15 p.m. administered the new up-to-date covid booster shot moderna and also administered the flu shot. Just a reminder don't forget to get your flu shot and you're up to date booster shot for Covid 19. I said my prayer; Lord let the shot be beneficial to me with no side effects, in the name of Jesus. Amen ???

I made an order online for curbside pick up, and then I received a message half an hour later saying that my order was picked up despite not having picked it up. I did not get my money back after making it clear that my item was not given to me. I spoke with the manager over the phone and she told me to go get the money back, but every time I've been to the store she is not there. I spoke to another manager at the store and he said that he couldn't give me the money back because he isn't aware of the situation as he was not there. It's not fair that people steal so easily and that employees do not ask for identification before delivering someone else's products. Bad service.

ORDER ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!... I am currently restricted to shopping online due to a broken leg that keeps me from driving. I placed an order at this store after screening for items in stock. I then noted that I did NOT want any substitutions and included my phone number if the shopper had any questions. I received the wrong item and the store refuses to provide a refund unless I take it back to the store. A)that is not possible because I cannot drive-which is why I used delivery and B)they are not going to refund any delivery fees or tips involved with the driver (who should not have had the delivery in the first place if it had been canceled. )

Came here to pick up photos. Waited for 20+ mins just to be told that my order was not yet ready. I had gotten a text the night previous saying it was ready to be picked up. Long lines at both registers, cashiers nowhere to be found. Extremely disorganized management. Rude customer service.Update: came to pick up my photo order and the manager applied 50% off. Added a star for the gesture in customer service

This pharmacy has stopped notifying you when your prescription is ready. After waiting a week, I called and the prescription was still not filled. They never have my medication in stock and I have to wait over a week and call numerous times to get anything done.

Literally worst customer service I have ever received. The manager on duty this night was terrible. The cashier lady was very nice but her manager was overly persistent. I was waiting at the picture kiosk for about 10 mins before closing time and by the time the manager got there, the manager said "it's already 9" and just said it so rude. Refused customer service and told me I had 5 mins to check out or I'd be kicked out. Did not even give me a chance to speak and started with a major attitude. His tone was unacceptable and his terrible customer service was just unbelievable. Rushing me although I had been waiting to be helped for 10 mins before the store closed is unacceptable. Will be calling corporate about this manager after I get his information which he refused to give to me.

If you are dropping off a prescription, the pharmacy opens at 9 on Saturdays. Also, don't go to the drop off window because they don't use it. You drop off and pick up at the pick up window. After already waiting an hour, I got to stand at the end of a long line just to drop off my prescription.

When I first started coming here for the pharmacy it was honestly horrible. But they have made a lot of improvements so I am giving a 3-star review. Still could be better. They also make a good effort to double-check against prescription drug abuse which has plagued our community. Although it can be a hassle for those who legitimately need those medications and causes them some backlash, it is also appreciated. The pharmacy staff just needs to be respectful and non-accusatory as they have been rude about this in the past.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family has used this pharmacy for many years. On 3/12/19 my mom pick up her medications she had a horrible experience with some one new in the pharmacy department. She didn't hear what he said and told her that he didn't like to repeat himself. She is a senior citizen sometimes she can't hear well. Her medicine keeps going up every time she refills it. We are switching pharmacies we keep experiencing bad visits to the pharmacy.

This Walgreens is horrid. The place is a mess, totally disorganized and it's disgusting. A true reflection on the manager they have on the pm shift. The worse part is they put discounted/sale items on the floor that they refuse to sell to me due to not being on "the system". Even after I offered full retail price, she refused! Are you kidding me?! Worst store manager ever, lack of social skills, rude, poorest customer service ever experienced, she should be ashamed of herself for running this location. Loss of business, loss of profits..

This is by far the most racist and prejudice pharmacy in Salinas. I've been coming here for 10+ years and lately I have been having the worst time with the pharmacy. It seems like because I get a controlled prescription that I'm seen as a druggie trying to get his pills to them. Every month they delay when I can pick up my prescription even when I count the days with them the month before. Today I went in and I asked if my prescription is ready and notified the cashier that I believe I only should get one today in which she looked at me with an attitude and said "or maybe you're gonna get none" and sent me straight to the pharmacist in which she not let me get in one word with her. I tried to explain about what my medication was and I'm sure she knows but she totally kept cutting me off and rolling her eyes at me. Worst customer service ever. You should never be rude to someone and judge them off of their looks and this is what this pharmacy does.
