Not a friendly environment. Numerous employees but it seems they are there for looks not customers. Some of us are not technically clever but know what we want in a phone and not always the newest fancier iPhones. They have limited display and stock and could not even get the phone I wanted by ordering it, even though it was on display. They seemed disinterested. Went to Xfinity and was amazed at the friendly greeting and service. Numerous phones and accessories. They had the phone I wanted but had to order the color. Amazing service. No one is just walking around. They are focused on helping.

The so called manager named "Alex" is very unprofessional and rude has the worst attitude for no reason. I've came in 2 times this past week to get something fixed that cooperate can't seem to fix. I had a couple questions and she just couldn't seem to answer them without having an attitude. This is a customer service job if you don't like speaking to people then this is not the industry for you.

Why doesn’t the phone number connect directly to the store? If I wanted to chat with someone from corporate I’d call a corporate line.Verizon fix this.

Our agent, Diego C, was excellent. His demeanor was calm and patient even though our issue became complicated. He did everything possible to assist us in setting up our new phone despite one roadblock after another from a competing provider. Diego is an exemplary employee.

Went in to get a replacement. Long story short, we met Rene here at north main! And let me tell you, best day ever. He took great care of us, and had the greatest attitude. Want to take the time to say thank you Rene for your hard work. You are appreciated.

Why would you have a storefront if you can’t help the people that come in the store? They made me wait 25 minutes just so they could give me a paper with a phone number. If I wanted to call or go online I would have done that. Literally the only benefit of having Verizon is for support and customer service. If I wanted to do everything online or on the phone I would go with a different provider. Which will be doing now. Verizon is terrible now!

Angel has a very poor customer service so he either needs full coaching on that or needs to get fired for not being helpful, and I’ve always had issues with Verizon, so me and my partner are leaving Verizon for that specific reason and we’re moving to Att&T

THE WORKERS AT THIS LOACTION ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I had an offer for a FREE upgrade, so I go in and once the girl finds out I'm not trying to buy some expensive new phone and only want the FREE upgraded one she automatically becomes unfriendly and not wanting to help me out anymore. Also get this scam! Both of the FREE phone options are not in stock and won't be for 3 weeks. So I cant even get a working phone in my posession unless I spent oh 250.00 bucks on this Nokia! I won't ever deal with these clowns again!! I'm also going to leave Verzion due to this situation. Been a customer since 2004 too....

My husband and I went to upgrade his phone at 11 am and the lady said to come back with an appointment at 2 pm so we waited around and ran errands in the meantime. We came back at 2pm and we waited almost a whole hour to be helped. Then what's the point of an appointment?!!!! I also saw when all the workers just went to the back and they were talking and just watching the customers wait for them. And also this man was looking to buy office phones but this lady went to her coworker and just started chitchatting. this is why I have AT&T not Verizon.
