Bad service right off the bat don't come unless you wanna get ripped off or waste your time on excuse after Excuse not worth it they'll have you on the run around for weeks and won't resolve anything

Dianna from the northridge mall location was the most helpful employee from Verizon that I have ever dealt with in-person or by phone. I don't ever write reviews but was compelled to based on my recent visit. She was extremely professional and courteous while being an absolute pleasure to work with.
