I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Verizon that has left me frustrated and contemplating a switch to AT&T. I ordered a phone online and went to pick it up at a Verizon store. However, upon arrival, the representative scanned my phone only to discover it wasn't in inventory, making it impossible for me to purchase. Subsequently, when attempting to cancel my order and place it at another store, the Verizon app falsely claimed I had already received the phone. Shockingly, I was informed that any return or color change would incur a $50 fee, leaving me with no option to rectify the situation. While the customer support line was helpful, the in-person store's staff displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. The store had dirty floors, display phones hidden in the back room rather than being properly showcased, and a general lack of organization. This entire ordeal has undoubtedly been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered with Verizon.

My mom and I both had a great experience working with Naomi at this Verizon location. She went above and beyond to help problem solve when setting my mom’s phone up. When I went to buy my phone, Naomi went out of her way to acquire my phone from another location and brought it to the store for me to pick up on her day off. The man I bought my phone from, who I believe was the manager, was also very helpful and patient. I will definitely return for any future phone needs.

This Verizon store does have the worst customer service....had a simple purchase and I waited for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. Will never go back. Now I will purchase from Amazon. Hate supporting Amazon but their customer service doesn't SUCK!!!
