Not a friendly environment. Numerous employees but it seems they are there for looks not customers. Some of us are not technically clever but know what we want in a phone and not always the newest fancier iPhones. They have limited display and stock and could not even get the phone I wanted by ordering it, even though it was on display. They seemed disinterested. Went to Xfinity and was amazed at the friendly greeting and service. Numerous phones and accessories. They had the phone I wanted but had to order the color. Amazing service. No one is just walking around. They are focused on helping.

Our agent, Diego C, was excellent. His demeanor was calm and patient even though our issue became complicated. He did everything possible to assist us in setting up our new phone despite one roadblock after another from a competing provider. Diego is an exemplary employee.

The employees are ok even though some are just standing cleaning because there is not that many people there; and yet we were waiting for one of them to help us. Then they told us about $30 charge to set up our new phone and the new iPhone 15 pro max deal would go through for another 30 days but our phone will come at the end of this month or later because of supply change. We wanted their word they will give us the deal but they won't. We will just wait till next year, such a waste of time. My worked as if I wanted to come in so I can make more money because I need it and said no. Waste of time these people with their price gouching and ridiculous rules and services. Just like the actors strike, more burden on the people paying more for their better benefits.

They made me wait for 25 minutes just to tell me they can't help me in the store, and gave me a phone number to call. The point of going to the Verizon store is to talk to somebody in person. If I wanted to do everything on the phone and online I would use a different service provider.

We went on Saturday to upgrade two of our phones, but we left with one of the lines not being set up properly and was told it should start working in 24hrs the rep that helped us (Rene) mentioned he will be following up with us the next day, but it never happened. My brother went on Monday after work and Of course he was told they could not help because they had to many customers and about to closed. We left ended up calling the customer service number and they were much more helpful than going to the store. We will avoid going to the store unless is really necessary

My husband and I went to upgrade his phone at 11 am and the lady said to come back with an appointment at 2 pm so we waited around and ran errands in the meantime. We came back at 2pm and we waited almost a whole hour to be helped. Then what's the point of an appointment?!!!! I also saw when all the workers just went to the back and they were talking and just watching the customers wait for them. And also this man was looking to buy office phones but this lady went to her coworker and just started chitchatting. this is why I have AT&T not Verizon.

Worst place. I hate going there but my phone wasn't working. I think they all went on break into the back room so they didn't have to see people. If I could have not gone into this store, I would have. My new phone wasn't working and they said no where else could help me without paying $40 to do what they could do. I waited 2 hours. I hate this place.

Well, I was here a year ago and it seems it's only gotten worse. They keep telling customers that they are only working on appointments while 2 employees are holding the counter down so that it won't float away. They said I can take a seat while I try do do it myself. I've learnt that they have dogs, they use a small bowl, they've paid $8.00 for a drink, they get their food with salsa ect. To think I'll be on the market for 5 new phones during Christmas, I must admit, this is not the place to get them. I've spent an hour and a half trying to figure this out with no assistance whatsoever. It's a good thing Verizon can afford to lose half its customers and still be profitable, maybe just not from me soon. 1:30-3:00pm and all I got to show for it is...... nothing

SCAMMERS!!! The sales people are super shady and I'm going to look into a lawsuit, they added additional items to my phone setup without my consent of purchase and they didn't even bother giving me one of the items so they probably kept it for themselves since they checked it out of inventory, they also told me the phone screen, case and charger were free with purchase of the specific phone but I got but I was also charged a extra +160 for that after I requested a full statement with all the details weeks later. Mall cameras will prove I didn't walk out with the item even if they delete their own store footage. Shady business and the sales guys were awful they act like they're too good to be there. If you're polite, nice and respectful they just see it as you're easy to take advantage of for your money
