I brought a grass cutting machine and after 3 weeks they called me that it was ready, I went and they hadn't even changed the recite and I had a receipt for changing the oil, the carburetor cleaned the overflow and he told him that it didn't look like They did nothing to it, plus the oil was dirty, some guy came up and checked and told me that they were wrong and that note that they charged me for was from a good generator. They stayed with them for another few weeks, they lost the bag and the carburetor cover and they wanted to charge me more than what they did. The machine costs very expensive and a bad experience, I would never return

The guys in the shop are awesome. But be careful who writes you up for repairs and get it in writing what they are going to do every time I’ve taken a piece of equipment in there they try to sell me a carburetor. They had just tuned my hedge trimmer and it was running perfect but there was a leak on the fuel tank. I was told that they could fix it and it would be around $50 when I came back to pick it up. It was $190 because they decided to go ahead and just throw a new carburetor on there, it was running fine when I brought it in. In fact, I had just paid them to tune it. The guy in the shop adjusted the carburetor, and it was running like a champ. There was no reason to sell me a carburetor other than to rip me off.I’ve been buying things here for 25 years but I would rather drive somewhere else and not come out feeling cheated.

These guys are liars and full of shit. I took two loop saws in for repair. 1 with a busted belt and the other the cord wouldn't pull. They tried to tell me the cylinders where blown in the both of them and was going to be $600 each to repair. So I took them to Bakers tool repair in Hollister. They did a compression test and nothing wrong with the cylinders. $130 each to repair. Fuck these guys. And while I was there another gentleman was complaining that he dropped off a saw prior for them to fix and was returning because it wasn't working.

I have noticed the reviews are all across the board. Years ago I purchased a riding mower from this site and thankfully they continue to provide service for it. I know the location is busy, extremely busy. The owner can be a bit firey but my interactions with him have been fine. I have seen others who were much more volatile but that has not been my personal experience. The removed a sheared bolt from my mower bed and replaced it with the good part I provided. They noticed my blades needed replacing and replaced those as well, but I already had new blades waiting at home. Without complaint they removed the installed blades, adjusted the bill and the price was reasonable for the work provided. For those who have not had a similar positive experience I can only say you get more bees with honey. Sometimes a little respect and professionalism influence in a positive direction. I withheld one star simply because the site is so busy I needed to wait an extra 3 days to get the equipment repaired. Not a big deal but it seemed a reasonable response.
