Nobody speaks English here, and for the few customers needing help in English it feels like a huge struggle to find an employee can't communicate without using a spanglish style slang.

Its not the best but it's close by and fairly clean. It would be nice to have a self serve for stamps and mailing. Such as the ones in Texas. The outside mailing box does not have a slot large enough to take pre paid packages for after hours mailing. So my ebay packages are sometimes sent late.

Most horrible and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. I was speaking to them in a respectful manner and simply asked if I could pick up a package. I had came in the early morning and the lady told me to return later in the day. I returned and they all teamed up on me saying my package was not going to be there and to leave. Very disrespectful I can't even fathom how they even have a job there still after reading some of the other reviews. Who even hires these people like do they not have to take an interview or do they just roll in. Worst attitude as well like lady whatever you're dealing with outside of work don't bring it in and give customers a horrible experience!
