This evening I came out of the Grocery store to find one of my tires was flat. I called my towing service but it was going to take over an hour. I tried calling the dispatched tow truck company directly but only got a recording. I canceled my first request, called USA Towing, and quickly got an answer without being put on hold or sent to voicemail. The representative said it may be up to 30 minutes but my tow got there a lot sooner. Steven, the tow truck driver was very kind and provided great service. I highly recommend USA Towing!! Thanks again, you are the best!!

This company engages in predatory towing involving “patrol” or “satellite” towing. Their drivers are unprofessional and try to use intimidation to get you to pay fees above and beyond the requirement after catching them in the act. These drivers will try to make you face unfair fees or other abusive practices even if the tow was justified.

USA Towing is great!! Very professional, quick response time, friendly and confident person on the phone, knowledgeable, skillful, efficient and friendly driver. In addition, amazingly low rate. (It's about a third of what I was quoted by other services that weren't helpful or available) I was surprised and pleased.It was one of those stressful days when anything that can go wrong does and I needed a tow pretty late at night. My road service, AAA,did not have any flatbeds available and neither did two out of the three services they recommended, The third one, USA Towing, exceeded all my expectations.The nice woman on the phone was reassuring, kind, warm and not at all bothered by my incessant babbling. The driver showed up, my hero, and I was home quickly, safely have a good conversation and mechanical knowledge about my truck.Thank you USA. This is a long review (my first one ever) and maybe corny, but I really mean all that I said. It's not very often lately in life that things go smoothly and services rendered are as they should be!

I have to share a big shout out to Tow Truck driver Steve for being my savior the other evening when my car broke down in Marina. He showed up promptly and with a massive flatbed tow truck to assist with getting my car loaded and unloaded safely from Marina to Monterey, and he was kind enough to provide a ride home to Seaside for myself and my 2 buddies who were stranded with me on the side of the road. Thank you so much for your professional and exceptional service Steve, please keep up the outstanding work!

Definitely would not recommend after the experience I had with the owner. I had called the morning I went in for my car & was told a certain total & then was going to be a charged a different amount upon arriving. When I questioned why she could not give me an answer then had the audacity to get into a disagreement with me & began raising her voice. Very rude & unprofessional. There's plenty of other towing companies in the area that one can use. This one is not it unless you want to be disrespected.
