Ive been coming to this UPS for a few years since Abe was the owner and everything was really good! But now its gone downhill my very first negative interaction was with a girl named Jocelyn she wears glasses I haven’t seen her there before I’m guessing she’s new and she was very rude! So rude that I’m thinking of having me and my family move our mailboxes to a different UPS. WORST EXPERIENCE. When I tried to tell her please be kind I’m elderly and I’m being kind she rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. I felt very uncomfortable!

This is the only ups i go to ! The service is always impeccable. The red haired hirl that i think is the manager is always so polite and kind. She always thoroughly explains the process for my returns and quick shipping ! Definitely recommend this ups!

I do not leave negative reviews for a business, but this UPS provides horrible customer service. The girls at the counter are very rude and unprofessional. I would rather drive to another location then to return to this branch on Constitution

These guys sold me insurance for a package knowing very well that it's contents were not covered by their insurance. The package was lost then found 2 weeks later, delivered when its contents had already expired making it a loss for the sender and receiver. They did not want to refund me my money for the package contents nor the bogus insurance they sold me, saying the package was delivered, although late, its not our problem it got lost, sorry. UPS also failed miserably, they showed no compassion and no interest in working with me to resolve this matter. They simply washed their hands from it by telling me to work with the local UPS store, which also wanted nothing to do with this. At the end I lost a total of 287.00 dollars because of their inability to provide the service I paid for and failed to provide any level of acceptable customer service. Don't do business with these guys or UPS. FedEx and your local post office provide better quality service. Save yourself the headache and money. I dealt directly with the owner of this particular UPS store on constitution blvd in salinas, after speaking with him on separate occasions, he never called me back after telling me he'd try and work something out with the UPS insurance carrier, no calls back. He will never have my or my families business again!

I have always had very good service coming to this location. It's in a nice part of town. Service is always very nice and friendly. I've even had documents notarized in the past and the service has been terrific.

I am not typically the type to leave bad reviews; I would rather just move on. I have to note, however, that the customer service here has gone from stellar (under the previous owners) to non-existent. I am a frequent customer, and not only have the employees been short and unhelpful with me - but I've watched them act outright disrespectfully to countless others. These girls are on their phones, don't want to come out of the back of the store, won't look a customer in the eye, and I don't know how many times I have heard them say "That's not our job," or "That's not my problem, it's yours," to PAYING customers. And then talk about these customers to their co-workers while the customer is still standing there. While it is immensely inconvenient, I'd rather drive halfway across town than continue to deal with this kind of service. * Side note - who charges three times the USPS rate for stamps? Better service could result in higher revenue, which would off-set the need for this kind of price-gouging.

Got what I needed signed yes, but staff has a bad attitude. Definitely letting people know about the bad costumer service.They don’t need to be super friendly or fake but this is their job to work with people.
