I recently have purchased 3 different size and shed designs(10x12 and 2-8x14). I worked primarily with Orlando Oliveres in the Gilroy store. He was absolutely excellent to work with. He helped me with the design, pricing and any question that I had. He was responsive at all times. He is a great representative of the company.Because of my travel schedule, I had to move delivery dates several times. Delihla and Thelma in the scheduling department were also very helpful in coordinating delivery and assembly of our sheds.The assembly crew arrived on time, did excellent work and did a total clean up of each of the sites after the assembly.My whole experience with the Gilroy Team was excellent. excellent Company, Orlando at Tuff Shed Gilroy was nothing but helpful and great suggestions. Delivery and installation was extremely fast . installers did a great Job putting shed up and touch up paint . what a quality shed , so impressed by the sturdiness and it looks great. absolutely recommend this company and customer service. thank you Orlando, nice doing business with you! He also saved us money, and came to pick up the check for faster delivery. You don't go at this location for sheds, you go here for consultations. I wasted my time just specifically wanting to look at sheds and then they show me some builder website that'll give me a quote on what i want that I could've done at home. I just wanted to take a home a shed that day but they had no sheds. It was just a office with shed displays.

Although I wasn't available for a site visit a helpful Representative from the San Jose office scheduled me for a same day virtual meeting. The meeting went well I received my quote including all measurements and specs. Happy they are available to assist.
