This young man was super nice and helpful checked all my tires for me . . He said air was free . . We both laughed . . Because I said "air is free in California" . . Well in Prunedale it is, with a very nice friendly young man that was willing to help and had a great sense of humor”
“We bought a Cargo Van for our Photo Booth Business and unfortunately our staff called after the event saying it wouldn't start. I was referred to Xtreme Towing, by a friend of mine, who said they're the best and most reliable so I called them. I have to say they were great. The driver showed up RIGHT AWAY, was really professional and tried to jump start the van. Sadly, it's the alternator, so he had to tow it for us. They also recommended a great mechanic so they took it straight there. The alternator was replaced and the prices from Xtreme Towing was really reasonable!! “I recently had the pleasure of using the services of P&R Towing and I can't say enough good things about my experience, especially with their dispatcher, Alexis. From the moment I called in, Alexis was incredibly attentive and professional. She listened carefully to my situation, asked all the right questions, and reassured me that help was on the way.
What really stood out was Alexis's communication. She kept me updated on the status of the tow truck, providing accurate arrival times and even checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her calm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.
When the tow truck arrived, it was clear that Alexis had briefed my driver, Carlos, thoroughly. He knew exactly what to expect and handled the situation efficiently. It was such a relief to see how smoothly everything was coordinated. I'm especially thankful to Carlos for coming in on his day off to help me out.

“I have been having Romero' s repair my 97 pickup for years. He also rebuilt my enginge, drives so nice, now reliable. Price is also nice. Doable for a 63 yr old low income gal. I trust him, other places take advantage. I highly recommend him. There isn't much he cant do, antique cars, old cars trucks and new vehicles. Very respectful young man. Great team.”
“Sensational service. Our car was stuck deep in the mud - so deep in fact that the first tow truck got stuck in their attempt to pull us out. MD Towing brought in multiple vehicles to tow us out in a Herculean effort that took well over four hours. When we finally escaped the mud, we embraced the MD Towing team despite their objections. Looking back into the slaughtered ravine, they said to us "Please. Don't ever do this again. And now I must go, I have a wife and children and a dog and a cat and a mouse - all waiting for me at home."Then they left - driving off into the night. We stood, pensive and grateful.
