Extremely rude. I called to try to check in. Was placed on hold for 8 minutes. Then when I said I was waiting to check in. He responded to early call back and hung up on me. Is this the kind of customer service this company gives it’s truck drivers.

worst shipper ever, made us wait for more than 13 hours, finally got loaded and made me overweight for 3700lbs, went back to the place they are closed again gotta wait for 5 hrs, the attitude staff got here is pathetic. planning to come here be patient and hang tight to be sitting in your trucks for days
