This place gets one star and that’s because of the awesome parking.. staff and workers are like Joe Biden.. Slow and incompetent

Extremely rude. I called to try to check in. Was placed on hold for 8 minutes. Then when I said I was waiting to check in. He responded to early call back and hung up on me. Is this the kind of customer service this company gives it’s truck drivers.
