Bags 01/31/2024 I had let the Chinese cashier lady know that before I set my items that I had my own bags , at the end she still charged me for two bags after I saw her input it on the screen I told her I didn't use any bags , she said that she was giving me store credit ??? My receipt says they charged me. Terrible service and a terrible way to get money from customers. You guys really need the extra 20cents

Employees are really rude. I don't know how they still work there will definitely not go back . I said thank you to one of the young ladies she said thank to the couple in front of me and completely ignored me when I said thank you she was at the front door. This girl from self checkout was all watching me and it seemed like she was stereotyping me like if i were to steal one item why would I even bother to go to self checkout if i was planning on stealing one item. I felt very uncomfortable plus she was giving dirty faces and had an attitude. I asked her a question and she replied with an attitude and told me to go get the item my self. Very disrespectful this place is disgusting !

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting at the return counter for almost 40 minutes. Alice at returns and exchanges has the worst customer service. Emily the manager was a big help.

Went in to buy some earbuds from electronics and came across Xochil. While wrapping up at the cash wrap with Jesse, I decided to ask him why my phone was acting up by popping up a "No SIM available" message. Xochil was coming up putting her stuff away and overheard my question to him. As he responded with he didn't know what or how to fix that, he turned over to her. So, without hesitation she said "it's the screen" I said "why or how would it be the screen? It's not cracked" she said "then I don't know what to tell you then". Because I didn't want to make the situation awkward and uncomfortable for Jesse, he was talking to my family member while I was looking at her and she kept laughing saying things like "you're eyelash is falling off you look goofy" I looked up and said "I've been aware of that but what does that have to do with anything? It's like almost me telling you you have no legs on your glasses and have grey hairs" she started laughing and kept saying "I have T mobile which is why I know I have no issues with my phone and you need to fix yours". To prevent anything from happening because I was still feeling uncomfortable with how she kept instigating the situation in front of Jesse and my family member, she insisted on picking a fight until I asked her what her problem was and if she wasn't happy with her job, she maybe shouldn't be there. She replied by stating that she does for AT&T and she runs it although she's a vendor. With her unprofessional stance, crossing her arms and staring at me at the cash wrap, made me want to say worst things to her but thankfully I didn't stand to that level of vulgarity and clownish things she was saying. I would like a follow up with corporate to kick this individual out of the store as well as HR. Thank you! I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining of an unnecessary and deplorable worker.

I like it a lot because you can order from the application and you only go to pick it up and they even take it to your car if you prefer and the staff is very friendly
