I went in with my iPhone 12 to JUMP to the iPhone 14 Plus and she didn't seem too thrilled to do it, and kept saying that the promotion that I had would go away (traded in my iPhone 8 Plus for an iPhone 12).She said that I was paying $17.xx a month after the $26.xx credit, which makes no sense since the iPhone 12 was $33.xx a month not $43.xx.The process was stuck on loading and wasn't going anywhere, so she exited it and restarted the whole process but it wasn't going through since the process had already been started, so she had to consult 2 other people for help.

Guillermo helped me with my phone. For some reason, I was unable to receive or send multimedia messages. He replaced my sim card and my phone has been working ever since. I rely on this function for work, so this was crucial for me. THANK YOU GUILLERMO!!!

I went in to buy a new phone and so I decided to get the screen protector as well. As the guy was finishing up applying the screen, I asked him to check the price on a phone case but decided it was too expensive so I didn't buy it. The guy told me if I dropped my phone and the screen protector broke, that they could replace it for free as many times. When I went in to "replace" it, they told me that who ever helped me the first time charged me for the phone case instead of the screen protector. So the manager came and said she could replace it this one time but didn't bother having me pay the difference of the phone case vs screen protector, so now I have to buy a new screen protector or talk to someone else about it.

Every time I talk to someone new, I get different answers. Very frustrating. Most recently I talked to a man today around 4 pm over the phone. This man does not know how to carefully LISTEN to the customer. He kept talking and talking and continues talking over me. I had to cut him off and tell him directly, "you're talking to a customer so please listen instead of talking over my questions and concerns." Horrible customer service.

I am a proud 15 year customer within the T-Mobile Phone service as well as upgraded devices. Yesterday I visited T-Mobile and received absolutely excellent and professional service provided by Juan Camberos...I arrived at the store yesterday with a multitude of questions and Juan solved each concern in Regards to my newly purchased Samsung Galaxy 4 Tablet and my Samsung 9 phone. I am happy to mention that I have always received awsome service from Gavina Armenta and Christian as well... Thank you T-Mobile you have an excellent team of professionals working at this site.

Just switched from Verizon to t-mobile. Way cheaper way better service and way better customer service. Upgraded my phone on may 5 staff was very nice.would recommend this to everyone!! You won't regret it

I swear, every time I've been in here, something goes wrong. Occasionally I'll get a good person who knows what to do and they're quite amazing at their job but most people I've dealt with in here keep trying to upsell me on things or outright stopping me from buying something until I accept the upsell. Case in point... My girlfriend came in to buy an Apple Watch. They absolutely wouldn't let her buy one unless she added a new line *for the watch*. Which is absurd. They were trying hard through the entire visit to get her to add a tablet line, phone line, ANY type of line and they tried to bluff and say that she had to add a line to buy an Apple Watch. She thankfully called them on it and left. Why I'm giving this store 3 stars and not 1 as I normally would? Because this is an issue that plagues a LOT of T-Mobile stores. I've found very few that aren't like this. Kind of a shame really...
