Poor customer service, told me one price got another for home Internet, no receipt, discovered on my billing page, didn't set up my gateway, there for 2+ hours, wasn't familiar with how Google 1 works, although I am billed for it through them , not told about the new app they have for them , passed off to manager , who couldn't do anything re SIM removal, due to her nail length, tried to put in gateway backwards, I had to do it, didn't say I only 15 days to try it out, didn't honor the advertised price that they said I qualified for over the phone. Did not mention ANY PROMO that was going at the time for getting gateway, which was HUGE , a blink outdoor wireless camera! By the time I saw it, it was too late, as well as too late to get the $150. MasterCard that should have been offered in-store, when I signed up. They couldn't determine if all my info was transfered from old phone, or tell me how to know, no manual on new phone for set up on my new pixel 8 set up, wouldn't /couldn't help me figure out why I was being billed from them and Google for Google 1, over all a bad experience. Tried to return gateway, since I couldn't set it up, but I didn't have receipt, that's when I found out I only had 8 more days , due to holidays, and that I didn't get the promo price , so an extra $ 20 a month, above the $30 I thought. Didn't have any covers for new phone that would protect phone when dropped (in store). Wanted to gossip more than help me .. it was busy on arrival , due to holidays, but it took so long, 2+ hours it was closing soon, and that I left frustrated, not realizing the receipt was for phone only and not for gateway, extremely disappointed in there customer service !!!

We had been helped by a female employee for a replacement phone. I was asked for my phone and she took my screen protector off shattering it without asking if I was going to try and reuse it. Later it was found out that my phone was sent to a different store so I had run out if luck as they had just closed. I asked the employee what would happen to my phone if my screen broke till I got my replacement and she said they wouldn't be able to replace it as the screen would be broken. I told her well my phone had a screen protector but you just broke that. Her response was that it wouldn't happen. I told her you just don't know and the screen protector was put in place to help prevent that kind of damage for a reason. The employee just didn't seem to realize what my point was and was getting more of a too bad kind of vibe from her. She was rude and had no customer service at all. Just hoping my screen doesn't damage as a result of her negligence. I ended up having the place the shattered protector till I get my replacement phone in the hope that nothing happens to it.

Considering going to Verizon, didn't have a phone went there to see what they can do for me and the only solution they had it was for me to buy another phone cuz mine was broken and wait on my insurance. Thus for making me consider looking for a better carrier

They have very poor service and no knowledge and they were not interested on helping us we were ready to upgrade and buy a phone and also home internet serviceThey just told us it wasn't available but when I called T mobile costumer service they said that my home address was Ok to get home internet service,..I was the one comparing the phones and capabilities to give different options to my girl who need it a new cellphone, we just left disappointed.So sorry for T mobile

Needed to connect 2 lines for my kids phones. The staff has no idea what customer service is! I enter the store and was not acknowledged or asked if I needed anything even though the place was not busy. Uninteresting staff, no service and poor product knowledge.

First of all I wanna say that I been with T-Mobile for than 19 years and what happened yesterday at this store had never happened to me and my Family before. My kids got new cell phones for Christmas and we were going to transfer all their information to the new phones. well since the first step we got in to the store this guy name Jose was being rude to us and he didn't even wanted to help us at all it was barely 7:15 pm and he started telling us that we were not going to make the transfer to the new phones because the new phones need to update and they close at 8:00pm. He also mentioned to us we can't do the update on the new phones there because they don't have wi-fi. I was really upset the update only took less than 10 minutes on the new phones at home . If he doesn't want to help out customers well maybe he shouldn't be working there at all.

I was very disappointment by the service I received at T-Mobile on 901 N Main Street, Salinas (phone call). Particularly with an employee named Guillermo. His customer service skills need a lot of work. I have been with Sprint for 11 years and I have never had such an awful experience. FYI - this is my first ever yelp review. At this point, I may call and cancel my plan and switch to another carrier. Not only did he try telling me that my insured sprint device was bought through Best Buy(I bought it online through Sprint) but then he also told me I was not the account holder and that he shouldn't have disclosed any information with me.. If that was the case I am more concerned then ever that T-Mobile employees would be giving non-account members information on an account that does not belong to them. I had to request a manager(Ray) to confirm that I was in fact the account holder. After a data breach that impacted 50 million people, you'd think they'd be a little more careful.
