I agree with Kay's review. Cute stuff but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. At checkout, the lady asked me if I wanted to sign up with a whole spiel about notifications and discounts. I'm visiting for the weekend so I nicely declined. Her demeanor changed from nice to unfriendly. If I hadn't already given my card, I would not have bought the items. Now every time I use this product, I will be reminded of this bad experience. Tip to store: Train or be trained better to be sincere nice, or f'ng fake nice better. lol. It matters to your customers (and maybe to you as a business) when we have many options out there. In other words, as part of owning a business, learn what being more professional is to be more successful.

I went in plant to buy a very pretty dress. The woman that was working, never addressed me. Never asked if I needed assistance, never smiled. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased something seasonal and was explained the return policy but was ok with item because with Salinas weather I can always make it work. Will go back for future purchases. Adorable staff & and decor!

Horrible customer service! One lady that served me failed to tell me that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. I bought a shirt that didn't match what I needed it for and I tried to make an exchange since I couldn't use it. The lady who I dealt with when I tried to exchange it, was very abrupt and downright rude. I will not be back!!! I'm stuck with a shirt that I can't wear. It was never worn and still had all of the tags on it. She jammed it back in my bag and handed it back to me in an abrupt manner. I don't see how it would have hurt anything to let me exchange for another item that I could use. Not good business ethics!!!
