Thank you Star Sanitation! The portable toilet showed up clean and on time with great service for a neighborhood National Night Out event celebrating public safety. Irene & Flora were great to work with. There is great support for the community from this fabulous business!

This freaking company is raising rates without consent! My monthly rental went from $80 to $250! They sent out a letter, I called in to see if MY rates were going up, was told no “you are an existing customer and we appreciate your business, your increase will be $2”. Then BAM, they hit me twice in two weeks and charged me $450 for a $80 rental!!!!! DO NOT AUTO PAY THEM! Managers are telling the staff to say too bad so sad and NOT REFUNDING even if you were told you would NOT get an increase! I have never heard of such a thing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Was able to get my restroom for COVID Event! I was impressed with the staffs care and enhanced cleaning procedures. The office staff were awesome in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Thank you ! Highly recommend for your CoViD party celebrations .

Star Sanitation is an amazing resource while camping all week at Laguna Seca Raceway! They are very responsive when making a reservation and come directly to your coach to pump the black and grey water from your coach. Luis was very friendly and arrived with a smile! Thanks so much for offering such a service making our extended stay at the track more enjoyable! 5 stars

I'm a wedding planner on the Monterey Peninsula and we used Star Sanitation this past weekend for a clients wedding. This was a very remote and logistically challenging private venue and they were so professional and great to work with. Prior to the wedding Aaron came out to do a site visit to ensure the VIP restrooms we were booking would be the right fit for the venue. I could go on and on, but just let me say, Star Sanitation has great product and excellent service and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

If you ever need first rate service and best in class products, call Star Sanitation. Not only did Aaron get out to the site at the last moment, he was able to delivery in the most professional manner and set-up beyond my expectations (rain and mud made it extremely challenging) Aaron, you came through and the party and my guests could not have serviced any better!

I am a wedding planner in the Carmel and Big Sur area and we have always loved Start Sanitation's VIP trailers for our various events. Beautiful on the inside and out, with excellent and prompt service, and every detail seen too, you can;t go wrong if you want to impress your guests. They give a whole different meaning and level to porta-potties! Such great people with friendly service.

The folks at Star are really great to work with. From event planning and product recommendations to delivery and pickup, they make it easy. I've planned two events with them recently and their experience and recommendations have been spot on. Star Sanitation was amazing. Two weeks before my husbands big birthday party the port-a-potty place I booked two months earlier canceled on me. Aaron at Star Sanitation really helped me out in such a short time with a great price. They are affordable, with great customer service. The delivery guy was very nice and prompt. I truly recommend this company for your party needs or anything else.

I was in need of porta potties for an event. I needed 3 quotes and Star Sanitation was willing to quote the event. Not only did they come in the least expensive but their services were incredible an what I would expect. They dropped off on timed cleaned daily and took them away on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone hosting large events!
