Love the convenience of the there automated exterior drive-through. You auto pay on your cc monthly unlimited car washes!! Then you drive up, and it reads your license plate.. The gate opens, and you drive through the car wash. No more lines to wait to pay. I'm done less than 10 minutes!! They still have the full service car wash, too, when your car needs a good in and out cleaning.

I visited Splash and Wash today at 1:06 pm to sign up for the unlimited car wash based on good reviews I had heard. However, my experience was far from positive.
After pulling out of the machine, I noticed marks on my hood, assuming they were from the machine not fully drying. When I got home, I tried to remove the marks only to realize they were fresh scratches. Upon further inspection, I found multiple scratches all around my vehicle, all fresh and identical in pattern. The photos with this review are only a few of the scratches on the vehicle. I went back to the location at 2:16 pm to report the issue.
The general manager wasn’t at the location, and I was advised he wouldn’t be back until Monday, 7/15, so I have to wait until then to see how they plan to address this issue. One of the managers I spoke to claimed they haven’t had an incident in 4-5 years. While he acknowledged the scratches were fresh, he insisted that neither the machine nor the staff caused them.
I know my vehicle well, and it wasn’t scratched all around before this visit. Whether it was the machine or the staff responsible for soaping and drying, my vehicle came out with these fresh scratches. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I have to wait until Monday to see what they could do to rectify the situation. I do not recommend Splash and Wash.

Very bad service, they charged me extra and they didn't vacuum my car as they told me, I don't recommend it.

Please don't go here, unless you want the worst overpriced carwash, with the chance of something getting stolen from your vehicle....
This place only has drive thru trim cleaning so nothing is hand done anymore unless your paying a ridiculous amount of money for a detail. I paid for a carwash and had a hand tightened aftermarket radio antenna that is very small and matches my truck color. One of the wannabe gangster teenagers working there took my radio antenna and didn't think I would notice, and I had to wait almost half an hour for the manager to "find" it.
It was also a warm day out and I had no air on and the fan is usually set at 65-70 and off... I get inside and start my truck, and the heater is set to 90 degrees and it was full blast.... like who even does that? I'm never coming back ever and definitely recommending to everyone I know to go to acme or anywhere else for a world's difference of service. This place is complete garbage

Good car wash, team members working hard to get our cars clean. Management you need to allow cash back for tips for your crew. NOT trying to get an extra $5 atm fee for me to get cash. All good car washes allow customers to get cash back for tips, to help their employees. If you change this policy I will give 5 ⭐️
