“Four words: Easy peasy lemon squeezy. If you're not familiar with this location; the store is found in the far back left of this tight parking lot. The store front sign is small and obscure. Thus you might pass the store; so drive slowly. Customer service is so friendly here. Caveat: they do not help unload boxes from your vehicle. The cost to ship a regular size LBC box is now $75 dollars (due to COVID?) they take cash or credit/debit cards for payment Overall, I am completely satisfied and recommend this LBC location. Shipping goods to The Philippines? Use this place! You will not be disappointed. Cheers!”

“I was faced with a difficult task today. My mission was to find someone willing to ship a box weighing 35 lbs and about 4 ft/ish long. Originally, when I first set out on this adventure I thought it would be easy. I was wrong. I was told no by USPS, apparently they don’t take packages this big. Okay, I’ll try FedEx Seaside. They explained they can ship things this big but that the integrity of my box was slim and that I’d need a new one BUT they don’t carry boxes as big as I need however the location on Lighthouse does. On the bright side they provided me with a quote of how much it would cost me to ship. They gave me a sliver of hope being that the cost was less than I anticipated. I headed to FedEx on Lighthouse with high hopes. I lug around my big box that’s almost bigger than me for the third time and Abi a crew member at FedEx Lightouse quoted me $490 for it!!!!!!! I let her know they quoted me 200 and she insisted they were wrong.I wanted to give up. I had to run errands in Salinas and figured I’d try one more time at the location on the North Side.RIGHT when I came in, Gloria helped me with the door and straight away started taping where the box lacked integrity so I wouldn’t have to pay for another box and packaging. She played no games, and got my box processed and charged me what I was quoted originally at FedEx in Seaside; $203. She truly made my day and resolved the difficult task I was faced with. Who knew it was so hard to ship a large package and shipping centers?!?!I wish I went here first and met Gloria from the beginning. This FedEx is great because of her I’m sure.Thank you so much Gloria!!”
