The city needs to investigate these scumbags. A bunch of shady crooks. Terrible customer service. Rude lowlifes who will rip you off.They never call you back when you want to know the progress about your car. Sammy is an a s s hole who should be in prison.

Luis was the manager overseeing the repairs to my Infiniti G35 coupe, which had a dent in the right rear fender and also needed a new OEM front bumper cover. The repairs were completed by the date promised and within the estimated budget. Moreover, the color-matching of the paint was excellent.

I would give this place negative stars. They are overall just a pain to go to. I hit a pot hole in my car and it unaligned my car. I took it through AAA insurance since this is a place they send cars to which I will be talking to them about. Well the price ended up being less than my deductible which was good but they themselves said that since there is no visual damage and it passed inspection there is nothing else they can do. There is a huge clunk that happens when I turn the car on the freeway and they said that’s the best they can do so I have to take it to the dealership on my end.If they can’t fix the car completely why give it a mediocre try and bill me and send me somewhere else? Shouldn’t a mechanic be able to fix it rather than sending it to another mechanic? I also had Fatima as my representative there and I would not recommend her. I had to be continuously calling her to get any sort of update on my car and there was issues when I went to initially pick up my car.They were charging me 480 when she had told me the final price was 355. I was about to pay when Sammy pulled up my car and said he wanted them to take another look at it because he heard a loud clunk and questioned why it passed inspection. They held on to it for another day and I got a call the next day to pick up my car because they can’t do anything else to it and that it still sounds funky but there is no visual damage and it passed so there is that. They basically crossed their arms. I go to pick it up and the price is fixed to 355 and I am driving to work after they close and I tried to evade an accident and honk but to my dismay the horn wasn’t working!!! My horn was disconnected! I was just in shock that I was close to being in an accident because a “reputable” mechanic gave me back my car when it’s not up to legal code and my safety features aren’t all working!! I called them and they were closed so I left a voicemail.I called them back today and Sammy picked up and I told him my horn isn’t working and that it’s disconnected and he said I have to wait for Fatima to get back to make an appt to come in for the technician to take a look at it!!! Like what?!?! My horn, a vital safety feature, isn’t working because of them “fixing” my car and they said I have to continue to wait?? I am reporting them to my insurance because this place is so shady and unreliable. I can’t believe they are still running! DO NOT COME HERE. Do not come here if you want your car working properly. Such a disgrace and disappointment to have to deal with their antics.Update: they called me back to try and fix my horn but since they can’t visually see it (of course you can’t visually see it from the outside) that they need to take the bumper off which is going to accumulate more labor that I have to pay. They are telling me to pay them again so they could fix their mistake. Lesson learned. Never coming here again nor recommending them. STEER CLEAR. I took it to the dealership to get it fixed correctly and to top it off they told me the initial alignment the Salinas collision shop did was CROOKED!!

DONT come here to get your car fixed. PLEASE READ ALL!! I got rear ended and the insurance sent me here and I regret choosing it. When I went in for an estimate Sammy was incredibly rude and his tone was very belittling just because my car is wrapped saying he wasn't going to work on it. I took off the wrap to show him the damage so he can finally work on it in hopes the rest of the repair will be smooth but it got worse. I wasn't updated on when it might be finished, I was actually the one calling the shop for updates. Once the car was ready for pick up I inspected the car and noticed that my hood had damage! I brought the damage to their attention and they then stated that they did not take pictures of my car before they worked on it so at this point it was my word against there's and they said my photos did not matter. The wrap was cracked because they washed the car without my consent and they were fully aware the entire car was wrapped. He told me he would speak to the manager and let me know what they could do. Fast forward to almost 2 months I stopped by the shop with an invoice for them because I had to order more material to get my hood fixed and pay for labor once again with the guy that wrapped my car which was a huge inconvenience for me. Sammy was acting like he didn't know who I was or what vehicle I'm talking about. I told him he never called me or emailed me regarding what the manager said and he said the manager was on vacation so he didn't call me. Once I was handing him the invoice he immediately got rude with me saying that they are not responsible for it and they are not going to pay anything. I told him they are responsible because I never gave consent to wash the car and now he was saying they never washed the car. He was not listening to me and made me feel very disrespected. He finished by telling me that if I have a problem to contact the car insurance for the payment because they could not own up to their mistake. They are greedy and don't care about customer satisfaction. It was suppose to be a quick patch and paint and then did over 2K in repairs. If Sammy ends up helping you go else where. Never will be doing business with them again.

I THOUGHT they did an excellent job fixing my front right headlight. Until I went to replace my bulbs just now and come to find out that they replaced the male bulb connection with an older generation connection! Now the manufacturer recommended replacement bulb I just bought doesn't fit! Now it makes sense why the headlight they worked on went out first. I either need to go spend another $50 on a different bulb that will fit the new connection or buy a new male connection and pay my mechanic to install it because the electrical is beyond my ability. Considering they did this work over a year ago, no way they'll do the right thing and fix it.Customer beware: They will replace your damaged parts with incorrect ones!

I'm not satisfied in any way on how this business operates . My wife was hit in her 2014 civic and I spoke to Johnny front desk receptionist and was recommended to wait until AAA was approving the claim to talk about the service . We waited 3 weeks for that to happen and we were told that the estimate amount was $7000 for the repairs . The results were terrible no communication at all from Fatima the estimator, a dent was left behind that was part of the accident and nothing was done by neither the AAA Insurance or Fatima to help or make things right , i been asking to talk to the manager and he's not there most of the time that's what I was told by Johnny. I will never go back or recommend nobody there ! Now let's talk about the work quality . Bad paint job with Runs on the Hood and 2 dents where on the new hood and Swirl marks on the entire new paint job . Seems there's no quality check before putting the car together and fixing the painters mistake , I told Fatima about it and was told to bring it back another day. I take it back a week later drop it off and get a call that the painter wouldn't be there for a week I waste my time to go back for my car and now I need to wait for them to call me to waste my time and take it again ! Not fair at all ! $7000 of repair cost for this bad service ? Get your employees trained or replace them because this is not the first time ! Don't waste your time here ! Quality on my car was garbage and I can't believe the body tech or the painter don't take pride on their work !

I took my car for body repair. They do not keep clients updated about work done. I had to keep calling them for updates. They do not give details about the cost and fees. They only accept cash for the deductible.If you go pick up your car when the bank is closed, you get stuck there for hrs. I would not recommend this place to nobody.Service: Painting

I have to say they handled our trucks damage very well. They did it in a timely manner and exactly what they quoted. We also asked for a tour of there shop since we have several vehicles. We were impressed with the size and professionalism of the staff. I didn't realize they do all types of vehicles not just Ford. There was one truck in there that had it whole frame replaced. No not a Ford but to realize what they had to do was amazing.Thank you for your hard work.Gregg

This body shop is the worst. My car was in their bodyshop for three days and during this time they brokemy car's windshield and they didn't assume any re-sponsibility. The manager in charge Mark Duliba wasvery rude and unprofessional.Services: Painting

do not go here! they are completely incompetent....and i mean completely...wait, did i say completely. i meant to say totally incompressible incompetent...usaa has recommended them as one of their "go to places". i notified usaa to inform them to stop recommending them. they took my complaint seriously and referred them to a department within usaa to investigate. read some of the bad reviews and you will see what i am talking about!!!!!! yelp should have a minus 0 because they don't even deserve one star...but i couldn't post until i rated them...

i paid roughly 1300 up front then my insurance paid another 4500 for parts that they forgot to order then i don't see how it takes almost over a month to fix a front bumper plus giving me the run around not updating me on the status of my car. i wouldn't recommend this place if you want you car fixed in a timely manner and good customer service. most definitely won't bring my car back

They never really fixed my sister trunk it would get stuck or it wouldn’t detect it closed… Took another car once in a tow truck and they refused the AAA tow truck driver to drop it off.
