Manager accused me of stealing after she didn't want to cash in a super lotto ticket stating system was down when system was up and running never likes to cash in my tickets as she approached me she made the comment annoying to her coworker security guard prevents me from going to store I've called in customer service to complain now if she wouldn't be so lazy and cashed in my ticket none of this would have happened and she describes me to others as the homeless gay guy ( I'm not homeless lady!!!) apparently regular customers at Safeway are homeless

It is very dirty, especially in the vegetable & fruit area, the fridges are rusty. Check the products expiration date. Expensive and bad service.

I thought Id give Safeway another shot by placing another order for pick up. Simple order, only 6 items. I get an email notifying me that my order was a bit delayed, ok no problem. After waiting, Im notified that my order is ready. I drive to the store, input my parking space number and an associate comes out 15 minutes later to advise me that they gave my order to somebody else. Fantastic!

If you’re going to go to this store because it’s conveniently open late think twice about it. They always close 30-40 mins before their closing time. And the employe hangs out with the security guard at the door smoking telling people they are closed.

this location is clean with friendly staff. prices are high and get higher by the week. most things I look for are in stock. shopping baskets are gathered often and available inside the store. meat department does a great job. I think this is my favorite Safeway and happy to shop there.

Horrible experience every time I go to the deli. They never have enough people working there and when they do the other person is in the back looking at you like you are bothering them! Seriously! Either the store needs a new manager or the deli needs a new manager but this is the only Safeway where I have to deal with horrible service!

Went in for a floral arrangement and Anita help me out and did and amazing job, thank you so much Anita ❤️Came in on 8/29/23, Ramon C. Had such a great personality and great customer service!Michelle helped out in the floral dep. Whit an arrangement, she did a great job. Thank you guys for everything!5 stars from me!

It’s a good store with a good selection of items. However when I went to use the restroom, it required a passcode that only the staff knew! Such an unnecessary thing to have on a public bathroom. Might as well put a passcode on the entrance! Besides that, the inside was absolutely disgusting! The floor was wet and gross probably with urine all over it. There was also tissue and other things on the floor. The stalls were also gross and not flushed! The napkin dispenser didn’t work so there was nothing to wipe your hand with. One of the worst restroom experiences I’ve ever had! The staff need to take the time to clean this disgusting bathroom! The rest of the store may have been fairly clean but, the bathroom being trashy made this visit not an enjoyable one.
