This store has trended downward for a while. The non-managerial Staff are doing a great job but Management has failed this store for a while. Whoever is in charge of buying at this store obviously doesn't care. Always finding items out of stock, or no longer carried and the selection has narrowed to the point of it being only slightly better than a 7-11. This stores selection reminds one of Pandemic times. Hopefully Safeway will realize that this store is failing its customer base and bring it back from near uselessness. In the meantime, locals will continue to look for a better, more relevant grocer.

Feb 23 ~3:20 pm I was in self checkout and I needed help with re-weighing some zucchini. After being reasonably ignored for a couple minutes I asked the employee for assistance. They were so rude, in my face, and belittling my knees were shaking. It was really embarrassing being in front other people including my fiancé I almost forgot to say thank you. She reminded me of my mom and I understand she may have had a bad day. I am not a punching bag or a therapist and if I see that happening again I'm asking for the manager. I grew up going to this Safeway and I know lots of the awesome people working there over the years. My grandparents and mother still shop here and I will not tolerate this behavior.

I love the produce and Meat Department's. Also this location's Staff are very friendly and Helpful /knowledgeable. Especially Dennis upfront. He pleasure to have as our friendly face to see when I visit our local grocery store.

This is what we ordered a few days in advance. I printed what I wanted the cake to look. That's what we ordered and this is what we got..... they gave us some money off the cake and some cupcakes but we ended up having to get it due to having this cake or no cake at the party...... never ordering from this Safeway again. How is this place called a professional bakery? If I wanted a cake that looks like a child made it I would've had children make it. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed that a "cake decorator" saw the final product and was satisfied with it.... Like come on!

This is a HUGE Safeway. Nice staff and wide aisles. Produce and meat was fresh but glad I checked the dates on milk and eggs as the sell by date was today, but I dug to the back and found later dates. Nice selection of cold wine with many at reasonable prices, and large beer selection. This store has a bakery, deli, flowers, pharmacy and meat counter. Found an odd spice mix I was looking for as well. There is also a Safeway gas station at opposite side of the parking lot.

My absolute favorite grocery store. A huge place, and they truly have it all. Great Starbucks coffee, along with their breakfast sandwiches. Amazing bakery with great decorators. Wonderful deli also. You could eat there all day. My favorite grocery to shop in.

Bakery is worst this summer 2023. The guy working has no skills just babysitting his post looking at internet. Having lame excuses. No cakes available...district manager needs to be addressed on this growing decent. You guys are not providing quality baked goods skilled baker or worker that knows some basic requests for long time customers for birthdays fathers day etc. Practice writing with cake icing instead giving customers lip service. And only 1 restroom with line is disgusting. 2 restrooms please. 1 restroom in whole store is worst with urine on toilet seat anf floor and maxipads in trash can. Overpriced french bread no deals even the membership zeros out end of month so nada ziltch no star

They have an excellent selection of fresh produce, including veggies and fruits that are always of top quality. The fresh bakery section is my favorite, and I absolutely adore the bread and pastries. Their range of products is diverse, and I appreciate the variety of options for snacks, chips, and frozen foods. I love the sandwiches they offer - they're perfect for a quick and easy lunch or snack. The fish is always fresh and delicious, and I appreciate the range of medicinal products that they have in stock. What really stands out about Safeway is their pharmacy. The staff there, including an experienced man and an Asian and Chinese woman, are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and offer excellent advice. They talk in a soft and lovely way, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Normally I really enjoy my huge safeway sandwiches but today's experience was very disappointing. I'm handicapped and had to finally ask someone to help me after 30 minutes because I couldn't stand in the deli line. The lady making the sandwich was very unfriendly and made the sandwich very disappointing.

Yet another Safeway, yet another review for their deli department. Safeways deli department recently started selling chicken nuggets and everyone raves about them, so wanted to try some and they are so good! They taste exactly like the chicken nuggets at McDonald's. I got the10 piece for $4.99 which to me was a great deal. The nuggets were fluffy, crispy, had a perfect amount of crunch in its skin, tender and hot when I ate them. I will definitely try them with their $9 lunch combo meal, and for that price it's unbeatable. Overall; Safeways deli department is an excellent choice if you're in the mood for something quick, fresh hot or cold. They have lots of options for everyone - thank you!

Love Ashley the cashier and love the security guard (wish I remembered his name) that both work in the evenings, whether it's really busy or only a couple people shopping late, I see them often and they're always super kind and helpful, appreciate you! But also thank you so much to the whole team, this Safeway location's cleanliness, professionalism, and kind customer service make it welcoming and enjoyable to do my grocery shopping here. There is nothing bad to say about this place. The front-end self-checkout cashier (Dennis) is amazingly good. Eva (usually handles lane 1) is just as good. Theresa has spot-on customer service. The back-end (customer pickup) team is just as amazing. You will not find a single cranky, grumpy, jerk employee here. I am there almost daily so I'm able to see a lot. A lot of good customer service. Whoever is in charge of hiring for this location deserves to be acknowledged. This is for the Safeway on N. Main.

Very professional security staff. I walked into store at around 8:50pm on 10/28/2021 with my backpack on. I had my laptop in it and i don't want to leave my laptop in my car, it's been stolen from my car in the past. Apparently, I didn't know, Safeway doesn't allow backpacks inside their store. Security person approached me very professionally and explained. He offered to watch my backpack as I shopped for dog food for my puppy at home. I prefer Safeway over Walmart always. It's just, these little customer service details that converts occasional customer into repeats. Although, he kept looking at my shoes and trying to take a peak at my receipt when I was leaving, but it's all good, just doing his job. I have attached a copy of receipt, since he was so curious.

Everything seems stocked up today. However...... Fruits section - most of their organic fruits look like they've been sitting there for days. The Organic valencia oranges had mold on them and i had accidentally touched it. I told a staff there and she seemed too busy trying to get someone's attention to get to the cashier. OMG!!
