Really bummed that they changed their opening hours to 8am ☹️ really loved it when they used to open at 7 as i sometimes would do a “rite aid” run on my way to work, i hope this changes again in the future

The worst service of my life . The older lady working in the pharmacy is extremely rude & unprofessional. The entire time she had an attitude, rolled her eyes and had no willingness to help a customer. She was not helpful , when attempting to update my information. She clearly did not want to be there and clearly did not care about helping a guest .

So my husband and I were trying to call the Rite Aid store to get to find out if there was any Lysol spray we called four times between me and my husband him twice me twice and each time someone will pick up the phone and hang up so because of this we had to drive all the way down there just to see if they had a product that they didn't even have. I don't understand why would someone pick up the phone and hang up I was very disturbed and when I went into the store it made me even more mad considering I had to drive down there for a product that they didn't have that I was trying to call to see if they had.

Awful experience. Low quality service. Refused to contact insurance when issues came up. Another pharmacy had zero problems filling same scripts with same info.
Put on hold anytime I've asked for assistance on the same issue, unprofessional rude and discourteous.
