I called to schedule a large item trash pickup and the woman who helped me was efficient (despite computers being slow) and friendly. She found the next day avail for a pickup and scheduled it.

3 times since Jan 1 of this year they have failed to pick up all my cans on the same day. One being last week and the other this week. This is not acceptable. Next time you ask for an increase in rates I will present how often your job was not done.

They continually miss picking up our green waste and they cost too much for service we have to hold them accountable for.
