I used to get my blood drawn at this location all the time, however I'm not sure what changed. Today i came by as a walk in, as i have done for years. They made me wait an hour and a half even though they weren't busy. I understand when they are slammed and just can't fit walk in patients in but when they are standing around talking waiting for their next appointments to show up knowing their walk ins waiting and the gaps are 15-30 minutes with no one coming in but me sitting in the waiting room. Lazy workers not doing their job. Really disappointed with how things have changed.

I’ve come to this location twice now for bloodwork and have had amazing experiences both times. I do not do well with needles or seeing blood at all and I explained this to Mariam (who was my phlebotomist both times in room 1). She was wonderful. She talked me through it and allowed me extra time to gather myself even though it was pretty full in the waiting room. I have never had great experiences with bloodwork, but Mariam was so gentle and kind. She didn’t make me feel like I was ridiculous for having needle phobia like have experienced in the past. I truly appreciate her and hope that she gets recognized for her great people skills and calming manor.

Just Understaffed and long wait times. Literally waiting over 2 hours to pee in cup haha. Really nice people.

I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, and was told that I had to wait 1.5 hours for the next opening. I was able to catch Rosie right before she was going on lunch and she went above and beyond and took me in, when she had no obligation to do so. Rosie made me feel calm and comfortable in the chair and everything was quick and pain-free. I really appreciate her kindness of sacrificing time during her lunch to help me. She's a great phlebotomist and would make all the blood-anxious patients feel at ease during their appointment.

PHENOMENAL staff!! Absolutely wonderful!!I only gave 4 stars, though, because, like so many Quest Labs that I'm having to go to, there's NO SIGNAGE on the door to indicate Quest's location!It's in a strip mall type building, with medical places on either side of it, & those other places are so used to people erroneously going in to their places looking for Quest that even their regular patients in their waiting areas tell people coming in "If you're looking for Quest, it's next door".This Quest has a HUGE, heavy wooden door with a number keypad on it. It looks like an 'authorized person only' type of doir - vut it isn't. That's the entrance to this Quest.The door is also not automatic, & was too hard & heavy for me to open myself. If my daughter hadn't been with me, I wouldn't have been able to get in.

Today my kid got her blood drawn at Quest. She came out smiling saying it was the best blood draw she had ever had..... she gets it done a lot and dislikes it. But she said a wonderful, awesome guy named Hazen took her blood. She said he distracted her with humor and conversation. She said he was fast and professional and wonderful. So go find this guy----- he was terrific!

Not accommodating at all. I got yelled at in the waiting room in front of other people by some guy because I was late. This is the second time I had to reschedule and after explaining why I was late he just said too bad. It’s understandable because its my fault I was late but its still not a way to handle a situation, talk to people with respect its not our fault you’re frustrated.
