I had some 4 rims that needed the tires took off and they charged me 80$ just to get them off which one of the tires was already off they could of charged me like half price for that one but the guy wouldn’t work with me and I had to get them out of my vehicle with no help and I put the rims back in my vehicle. And then on top of that the old guy had the nerve to ask me if I could wait until after he took his lunch after I got them out my vehicle. But one of the employees said he would do it so I didn’t have to wait but still they are not worth business. Also charged me another 20$ for the recycling fee for the tires that’s fine but yeah not very good business people.

Prunedale Tires was extremely helpful during my auto emergency today. I was driving a company fleet car on the 101 when the back left tire blew out. I got off at the nearest exit which happened to be on Reese Circle, stopped on the side of the road, and gave them a call. They picked up immediately and were able to find an appropriate tire for my company’s Prius.
It seemed like a really busy day for them with lots of people coming and going from the lot. Mr. Rigo squeezed me into the schedule immediately after he wrapped up the customer he was with. Within 15 minutes they had my tire replaced.
I am so grateful they were quick, fair, and did not give me the run-around. Otherwise I would not have been able to make it to my business meetings that evening, and would have had more headache to deal with. Thank you!

Terrible shop.Brought in whitewalls to get mounted, left a huge gouge on one, admitted he did, and told me he doesn't warranty USED TIRES after he mounted my brand new ones.Better off changing your own tires with a tire lever on a gravel road.

I went into Prunedale tire on a Friday afternoon. I had my new wheels with me and just needed to buy one tire and have it mounted on the wheel.The owner told me he didn't stock the size I needed but that he could have it on Monday. I was quoted a very good price and I decided to buy two so that they matched.I came back in Monday afternoon at 3:00. My new tires were sitting there not mounted.Mr. Rigo Jr. was in the office. I asked when my tires would be mounted. He said "I'm not the tire guy, that's my dad and he's out of town till Thursday."I informed him, that his dad had agreed to have them done Monday and that they simply needed to be mounted. He said he was there by himself and didn't have the time.I needed those tires done before my appointment to ship the car to Hawaii.I came back in the following day to pick up my tires intending to have another shop mount them.Rigo Jr. asked me if I had the time he would make it right. It was well after 5:00 and he spent the time right then to finish the job. As it turns out there had been a family emergency the day before which enplanes the delay.I was upset but in the end they did their best to finish my job.Stuff happens, Im satisfied

Showed up Monday morning before they opened. Needed a tire valve replaced for my low profile tire. Very difficult job. Didn't catch his name but the guy had me out of there in 15 minutes for $10. Most places would've charged $50+. Very satisfied!!
