We had water intrusion in our downstairs from storm water. It flooded our bathroom and master suite. It soaked the carpet in the suite. PRS was wonderful in assessing the damage, drying out the carpet so it could be salvaged, and checking for dampness in the walls. They took things apart in a careful way so as many building materials (such as baseboards) could be reused. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I was given Scott's number from a friend when I asked for a reliable contractor. I was very impressed by Scott's quick response. He gave me advise that he well could have charged me for, but was nice enough not to. I will definitely reach out to Scott again. I already gave his number to a couple of property management companies looking for a contractor to do business with. Thank you again Scott.

PRS Group came to help fix a damaged garage roof, a broken fence, and clear a tree down from a recent storm. This was an emergency and they provided instant quality service immediately. We contacted PRS for an emergency dispatch we had a water pipe burst in front of our home causing water pressure to shoot everywhere in November. We were unable to tighten/stop the water. Their team arrived immediately and controlled the situation. They switched off the water from the street drain and closed the cap that came off. Walked us through the process. We also just reached out January 2021 we had a water leak which flooded our living room due to the severe heavy rains. Their team arrived immediately assessed the damage, dried out the ceiling, and went up into the attic to find where the leak was coming from. Roof was tarpped. Flooring was removed to prevent mold growth and further damage. We're in process to be repaired. Their floor selections are beautiful. I highly recommend PRS, their team is amazing. In a time of panic I felt at ease with their help and amazing communication. They've concentrated on all main points & tremendously walked us through every step of the way. I don't often write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to PRS for their professionalism, expertise, and just downright decency and kindness. Having any sort of water damage situation in your home is really stressful, especially when you're struggling with an insurance company that doesn't want to cover your claim and competing businesses that want to take advantage of your fear and charge you for services you don't need. When Victor and his crew came out, they were the fourth company we had called. They showed up with positive energy and optimism and inspected our water damaged crawlspace for free. They fixed our rented dehumidifier for us, gave my husband some free contamination suits to wear (he had been going below in old clothes to assess our damage himself), and gave us a thorough report--complete with pictures--of what was going on. Later that day they came back with the lowest quote for us of all the companies we contacted. I just can't say enough good things about this company and everyone I dealt with at PRS. A ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Highly, highly recommmended.

This company is amazing! Integrity, character, honesty, and hard working! We had a bid for our decks to be repaired... They turned out to be a nightmare for both PRS and us! The whole way they were upfront and did an amazing job. Always going above and beyond what was expected of them. They stuck to their word and only charged us the agreed upon amount, even though I am sure other companies would have tried to keep charging us for the work being done. I have nothing but respect for the company, its workers, and the owners. Do not hesitate to hire them to do your renovations, repairs, or any work! We will definitely keep their number to use in the future.
