My boyfriend and I first went to Rafael few weeks ago. He was referred to us by a friend. Upon the arriving to his office, I noticed it looked very clean and organized. He greeted us not too long after entering even though he was with another client. That was nice of him. Once it was our turn, he greeted and welcomed us once again. After a short discussion, we couldn't get our taxes done that same day due to the unemployment tax filing change so we decided to wait until Rafael gave us the word to come back. He gave us the option to leave our documents we had with us so he can get a head start on starting our taxes, so we did. Few days after he called my boyfriend to let him know he finished looking over them and that we can set up on appointment to go over them. Again, he greeted us and was friendly the whole time. Made friendly conversation as well. We can tell he is knowledgeable in what he does and really tries to help you out. He explained everything in detail and let us review our options before sending off our taxes. He gave us the "do's and dont's" of tax filing which was very helpful. We were very pleased with our experience and will be coming back next year. Thank you Rafael!

This is my Second year with Premier Tax & Accounting. I am very Happy. I Run my own business and have a lots of questions. Rafael is always very proactive and honest and helpful about the things that need to be done. I do definitely recommend this office!
