“Very convenient with helpful staff, great prices per pound and self serve carts to pick out the stones you want. Quite a selection of tones to choose from. Delivery can be arranged in a couple days, about $150 in town for small projects like mine but worth it if you have no other transport. We'll be back!! Stones were just $520 and look very classy. About 40 foot walkway.”

“I have noticed the reviews are all across the board. Years ago I purchased a riding mower from this site and thankfully they continue to provide service for it. I know the location is busy, extremely busy. The owner can be a bit firey but my interactions with him have been fine. I have seen others who were much more volatile but that has not been my personal experience. The removed a sheared bolt from my mower bed and replaced it with the good part I provided. They noticed my blades needed replacing and replaced those as well, but I already had new blades waiting at home. Without complaint they removed the installed blades, adjusted the bill and the price was reasonable for the work provided. For those who have not had a similar positive experience I can only say you get more bees with honey. Sometimes a little respect and professionalism influence in a positive direction. I withheld one star simply because the site is so busy I needed to wait an extra 3 days to get the equipment repaired. Not a big deal but it seemed a reasonable response.”

“I was called in to Work To Help Cupid. I was told by the Weekend manager to grab my Work Whip and a 53 Ft Refrigerated Trailer and roll to Rocket Farms . Rocket Farms is a Farm that Grows Orchids and Other Ornamental Flowers and sell them to Florists and Online Floral company's that take orders for Floral arrangements and then Rocket Farms will Prepare and Package them and send them to the Recipients of said flowers. When I arrived at Rocket Farms, I was impressed by the Size of the Farm and the Personnel and the Scope of the operation. Its a well secured Location and I was let in at the Entry gate by Security. They had all the Orchids Prepackaged Addressed and Shrink Wrapped on Pallets . They loaded my Trailer to the Brim in less than an hour ,with Palatalized Orchids destined to be Valentines Day Gifts. I fired up the Refrigeration Unit and rolled my loaded Whip to the Oakland Airport where my trailer was promptly downloaded and sorted and sent on there way.”

Know what they are talkin about.Lots of employees at key positions.. check out, return desk, on floor.Well run company.Parking was busy.Garden area super busy on a sunny day.Loading dock was packed w customers loading trucks for home / work projects.Busiest store in area.”

“Great people working in the shipping/receiving office , some of them though They might need to be retrained on proper etiquette and communication or possibly moved to a different position, This here is my interaction with one of them on 09/30/2023, so once your light turns green that doesn't mean that your bill of ladings are ready I've been told to wait on a phone call, so I checked in at 2:30 pm got a call at 5:57pm to dock trailer so I docked trailer, At about 7:25/7:30 I went on break, I got the first call at 7:47 call was missed I went into the office after my break at about 8:10/8:15, They were being very rude from the start saying they have been calling for an hour which is a lie and also apparently called my company and said that I can't go back? I didn't even do anything I went into the office as soon as I can, Attached is a clip of the interaction with a so called supervisor, So someone that immature is a supervisor, well that explains everything.”
