“I have noticed the reviews are all across the board. Years ago I purchased a riding mower from this site and thankfully they continue to provide service for it. I know the location is busy, extremely busy. The owner can be a bit firey but my interactions with him have been fine. I have seen others who were much more volatile but that has not been my personal experience. The removed a sheared bolt from my mower bed and replaced it with the good part I provided. They noticed my blades needed replacing and replaced those as well, but I already had new blades waiting at home. Without complaint they removed the installed blades, adjusted the bill and the price was reasonable for the work provided. For those who have not had a similar positive experience I can only say you get more bees with honey. Sometimes a little respect and professionalism influence in a positive direction. I withheld one star simply because the site is so busy I needed to wait an extra 3 days to get the equipment repaired. Not a big deal but it seemed a reasonable response.”

1890 N Davis Rd, Salinas“I needed some locks re-keyed and after some outrageous quotes from other sources I remembered that Home Depot does them in the rental department of the store.Apparently only a handful of employees have acquired such skills, so I did have to wait until he was on the schedule. The employee that helped me was Mark who works in the rental department not only was he very friendly, but patient as well as the job isn’t a very expensive job, but does take a few minutes of concentration as he was helping me. He was also helping his fellow coworkers Home Depot should be lucky to have such a great employee. ????”
“I went to the paint department in need of help. David S. answered my many questions and mixed me up a sample of the color I was considering. He was courteous, professional, and kind, which means a lot these days. We go to Home Depot often and always appreciate good service!Lori S.”

1225 Abbott St, Salinas“Great people working in the shipping/receiving office , some of them though They might need to be retrained on proper etiquette and communication or possibly moved to a different position, This here is my interaction with one of them on 09/30/2023, so once your light turns green that doesn't mean that your bill of ladings are ready I've been told to wait on a phone call, so I checked in at 2:30 pm got a call at 5:57pm to dock trailer so I docked trailer, At about 7:25/7:30 I went on break, I got the first call at 7:47 call was missed I went into the office after my break at about 8:10/8:15, They were being very rude from the start saying they have been calling for an hour which is a lie and also apparently called my company and said that I can't go back? I didn't even do anything I went into the office as soon as I can, Attached is a clip of the interaction with a so called supervisor, So someone that immature is a supervisor, well that explains everything.”
