This is a great storage place. I dealt with Primo and he was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable, gave me clear information, and establishing an account went quickly. I think he is a genuinely nice man. My unit is clean, which was no surprise as the whole facility is well cared for and tidy. I feel comfortable storing things there.

Experience with the facility & staff has been positive, that's the reason we'll give it more than the minimum. However, ever since this owner took over there's been a new lock mandate, a new insurance fee, and extremely large rent increases. The recent one was over 20%! The inflation rate in the US in 2023 was just 4.1%. Those reviewers giving it 5 stars are going to be shocked in the near future when they see their rent increased.

What a great service and facility! I got an immediate response via their chat on their website, got me going with the reservation right away! Primo, the site manager was great as well. Friendly, accommodating and very patient in showing us our storage and how to use the lock. I highly recommend them. Customer service and facility are top notch!
