I am a firm believer of keeping the money into our small businesses in our community. My sister and I went in on 3 July and purchased beds two dressers one very large closet besides a pull out cabinet that was supposed to be made for one of the beds to go under to store extra shoes etc. First of all the woman insisted on me paying cash for everything and thought it was all kind of fishy and did not agree. Secondly they were supposed to come and deliver with setting up everything at 3 o'clock I had to help here and of course the sun got here at 4:30 with no mask whatsoever! I am assuming this young man doesn't believe in Covid because he also walked into the store while we were purchasing our stuff with again no mask whatsoever I didn't even try covering his face. Third and the most irritating thing was I called this woman at least once a week is my cabinet ready and she said oh yes they're making it when I had been hearing that story for two months and never received it until I called and finally got the husband! Mind you this was already in September and here I was still waiting and he says oh I have no record of it and she's not here she's in Mexico you're going to have to wait! Then he has a Dass city to ask me for a receipt that's when I blew it I ripped him a new one and told him how unprofessional his whole entire family and business was and I would never ever recommend them or step in to their place again!! He then changed his attitude a bit but still races voice at me angry at me for getting upset and said well just come in and get your money then I don't come back I don't need people like you! Excuse me you don't need people like me the $3000 that we spent is probably the money that she used to go to Mexico! NAVARROS FURNITURE IS A JOKE AND DO NOT FOLLOW THE COVID GUIDELINES! !

It's a nice furniture shop with quite the variety of styles of furniture & mattresses. It's a little difficult to find & enter, but I liked quite a few of the pieces I saw in there.
