I love my car. I'm not giving Kia company a 1 star. The Parts department at the Salinas, CA branch is terrible. Ordered a simple back windshield wiper, didn't get a follow up two weeks later although the pick up date was for a week later, I called in and no one seems to find me in their system. With my receipt in hand. After 3 transfers, 2 hung up phone calls, and being automatically sent to voicemail 2 times- i had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Thank god it was for a small purchase. And thankfully i decided to pay with card that day- I would have been out $36 if i would have paid cash like i normally do. *side note: I have warranty so for the last 3.5 years have exclusively done my oil change and rotations at this location and those guys are great. I love the little videos!! After the warranty expires, that will be the last of my interactions with a Kia dealership. A good reminder to shop local.

I took my car to get service regularly here. Last time I took it I notice they didn't wash and it and the RO said no wash even thou they always washed it in the past. I'm assuming because I didn't want to spend money on the extra recommendations that they didn't wash it out of spite of the advisor.

ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I wouldn't waste your time at this location. No accountability, lack of transparency and ZERO hustle in the department which explains the long wait time for techs to service vehicles. Basic service at 3+hours wait time with an appointment. There really isn't an excuse and if you speak to management the solution is to take your car without service being completed or of course to skip the complimentary quick wash if you wish to continue to camp out and wait. Freakin disappointing to say the least.

Great service department. Good communication Asked them to rotate tires and they also checked my brakes. Good thing because my brakes needed changing. The saved me from a possible accident. They were able to change brakes same day with on hour wait. $450 for this appointment

$195 for nothing! I asked them to program a key fob. They said it would not program and still charged me $195. I was considering buying a new car there but now I will find another dealership to work with.

Worst car buying experience you could imagine. If you are a local resident and/or military DO NOT buy from here. Unprofessional and scummy selling tactics. I had come in several times looking for a Kia Forte. I was upfront about the price I wanted and told them I don't want to waste their time. If they can't make my price then we can talk and if I'm wasting their time I would apologize and leave. We finally agreed on the price and came in to buy the car. They offered me a great price and were very professional up to this point. But right before they ran my credit I asked to have the price in writing with taxes and everything. Sales associate left for 30 minutes and came back with a different price then what we agreed on. They marked me up an extra $1,000 (an extra $1k before taxes and all other fees)! I asked if there was some confusion or mix up but they said this the NEW price and it went up in the last 30 minutes. A total bait and switch right before buying! I talked with them and they were adamant about the price. I even offered to meet me in the middle but they still wouldn't budge. I told them I can't do that price and I apologized and left. As I am leaving THE MANAGER said "Bye Felicia" sheepishly from behind his desk ('Bye Felicia' is a millennial term to call someone a loser or stupid after they leave). Very unprofessional and rude from someone who's running a company. I understand if they don't want to sell me a car at my price but don't waste my time and their time by bait and switching me. Further more don't act like a middle schooler in a professional environment. I dodged a bullet by walking away and went to Honda across the street. They immediately got me the car I wanted with the right price. Professional team and crew at Honda Salinas unlike My KIA Salinas.

Talk about under promise and over perform. These guys said it would take 2 weeks and 2 days to replace an engine. They got it done in 9 days. And it was all under warranty so it cost me zero dollars. Super friendly and great customer service. I'm extremely happy with the help they provided.

I would never recommend or purchase another Kia automobile under any circumstances. I had a Kia Optima that I purchased new unfortunately I had many major issues that could be resolved. Even with the Kia warranty that ended up being worthless. What was somewhat problematic was the inability for the service department to obtain needed parts. I also ask myself after my experience with my Kia Optima why I seldom see older model Kia vehicles on the road. I believe it is because these vehicles just don't seem to last. This dealership deserves three stars for trying to help but unfortunately had their hands tied because of the unavailability of parts. I got rid of the Kia and bought a Volkswagen.

Just wanted to say a huge Thank You to Bryan and Tino (and the entire My Kia Team) for helping me get my new 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid SX Prestige. Everyone was so prompt and courteous. This a terrible time to buy a car, but they made the experience as painless as possible.

I've been looking all over for a car that will be a good fit for my budget. I gave My Kia a shot, Geo was helpful and showed me a couple of great options and even went above and beyond recommending different payment plans/options.

I love my Kia Seltos ! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the car and they had the lowest price around . I shopped entire bay area including paso Robles . I love my Kia so much that my boyfriend bought a K5 a week after!

Had Thomas as a salesman. He was helpful with helping me pick the right vehicle. I was a out of town buyer so Thomas showed me what they had before I made the long drive. Ended up making a deal on a new ev6 love the new car. Thank you Thomas

socrates salesman nice kid desk wasted my entire I drove from aptos so excited to get the Toyota (I forgot my wallet and phone ). so I lost entire day Desk guy offered lol ...offered 1/3 retail for my trade greedy or ignorant obviously an idiot on desk )..... oh well Iiked there fourunner red is cool as I'm head of fire volunteers.lol. they lost a loyal old customer today .I bought two monteros from my Mitsubishi Salinas and got 412000 Combined miles great trucks and nice salesman in 2003 Derek Hornblower was vet from ft ord army very honest.... sad times and greed abides.
