I just wanted to thank the banking and account management team at this location. I unfortunately have been dealing with a loss in the family and transferring proprietaries on accounts can be very troublesome and tedious. But thanks to the staff here, I has been a walk in the park. The mgmt team were very professional and made all the steps needed throughout the process very easy and were very professional in the process. I want to give a special thank you to Jesus who helped me yesterday. Thank you all !

All the branches are closed in Monterey, Seaside, and Pacific Grove. The line wraps around 3 sides of the building.

I needed to do some banking this morning and the line was long... like always. They really need to open up more tellers when they know they're going to be busy. A Girl by the name of Annabelle help me wasn't pleasant at all she didn't smile there's like she was having a bad day.. Not a good morning at Bank of America I'm here again, and service here continues to Suck! Thanks B of A for being consistent. #Horribleservice

Went in today to change my pin on atm card. Waited in line. Then teller said I needed to talk to manager. Went to another line. Once I was with Manager he said it would be at least a 45 minute wait until someone frees up to help me. I asked him why he couldn't do it. He said he had other things to do. Nobody waiting after me but he wouldn't help me. He did say I could just call in thet can mail me a new number in 6-7 days. What a waste of time. 9/18/2018 12:50pm All Salinas b of a are a joke.

This place is ridiculous. They only have 2 tellers all day no matter if the line is 2 hours long or not. I have been on line now for an hour and still have about 30min or more left of people in front of me. Manager here is slacken. They need to anticipate influxes of customers. All B of As in the area are like this. Takes so much time to do anything it's definitely worth changing banks. SHAPOOPI!

This BofA is a joke, with a line close to the door they have two open teller. Avoid this location unless you want to wait 30 min in line.

Worst Branch I've EVER been to. I wish I would of gotten my tellers name. He was a real piece of sh**. Date I was in was 1/16/15 at apprx 11:08. He had some busted a** sideburns/face hair. Very rude and discourteous. If I wasn't on my lunch hour and pressed for time I'd of waited for management and complained. Seriously contemplating going back after work.

I must say this banking center is incredibly well conditioned. Stopped in and I was greeted right away, the staff was friendly and professional. I had a chance to chat with the manager Vivian and she seemed very efficient and eager to please her customers. Thumbs up!! I'd definitely recommend this banking center. :)

The worst bank I've EVER BEEN TO!!!!! EVER the longest lines with 3 tellers working. I will never come to this branch again!!

I have been a customer for years. This branch gets really busy during the afternoons. The service more than makes up for it.
