Monica helped me and my husband purchased our first family home and now she helped us achieved our goal to buy our first investment home. She has exceeded our expectations both times. She will inform us of any change keep us updated with everything on the daily, the best thing was she was always available and responds quickly to any question concern we had. She's very attentive, honest and very knowledgeable. We had a few challenges with the last transaction and she was able to negotiate and help us get the best deal. She gave us the best advise and gave us options of how we wanted to manage our transactions. We will definitely use her in the future again.

Monica Figueroa helped my family and I accomplish our life time goal of buying our own home. We have rented from house to house since we arrived back in 2002. However, it was not until we met with Monica, when we realized that buying a house for the first time is very possible for almost everyone.
