Despite the busy holiday season, Mikes Signs was committed to delivering my order before Christmas. The embroidery was difficult on the type of bag I had brought in, but they got creative and the end result looked awesome! This is the first time I have used Mikes Signs. I was very impressed with their service, they communicated well and it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them. No job is too small for them.

Letterman jacket: Quality stitching in patchwork. BUT, Takes too long for the order to come in and then die the patches to be stitched on. IMO. BUT It was nice to have sample jackets for sizing (we would have gotten the wrong size had there not been samples). lady was knowledgeable about jacket and patch placement which was helpful too. Would have liked more communication regarding when jacket would be completed. I had to call to inquire and once one lady couldn't tell me and would have the gal in charge call me which she did not. So I had to call back 2x to finally get answers.
