We were told a price that our monthly bill would be and that it would never change. We liked what we heard and decided to open an account, however when the first bill came, it was $40 more than what we were told it would be. We went in thinking it was an error and would be fixed, but we were told they "don't know why Alondra told us the price she told us" and that there is nothing that can be done to honor the price we were told. So we are stuck with Tmobile now since we were given a free phone from them (if we stay for 24months otherwise we have to pay full price of phone) upon opening the account. SO basically, they can tell you any price they want and if its untrue, there is no accountability and do not have to honor that price (I even called Tmobile and spent 6hours talking to an agent just to be told that there is nothing I can do). Overall, terrible experience since we were lied to, and I regret opening an account with Tmobile. P.S. To make it worse, I don't even get good reception in the Tmobile store LOL. I have to get on their WiFi. Also don't get reception at home, which is less than a mile away from the Tmobile store.

My mom and I went to this T-Mobile store and the rep that helped me was super helpful and understanding, amazing personality, very knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and explained my bill perfectly now I understand my bill better thanks to him. I recommend going to this store and asking for Jorge C. He gave me his business card in case if I had any questions to give him a call. Excellent customer service.

Save your time in coming to this store reps are rude they don't know what they are talking about they make you waist your time with all their nonsense your better off going to the one on north main or the mall they made me drive an hour just to they me they didn't have the phone I wanted when they said had it when I called over the phone then I get here they say they don't have it and they can't give out inventory

I went in there to buy a second phone and a second line. There were two very helpful, bilingual sales people who assisted me with my service. They even helped me with my Spanish. They even helped me to realize that I was paying too much for service, because I was not using even a gig of space per month. While it is true that sometimes the process of getting one's phones hooked up at Metro takes longer than some other places, the service people at Metro PCS in Salinas are super chill and friendly and knowledgeable and kind:) I left the store with better Spanish and two phone lines for the price I was paying for just the one before I came in.
