Worst customer service by far. According to one of the bosses there, they won't bag your items unless you buy bags through them because they don't have to and don't want to. While I expressed my displeasure of his policy all he did was laugh and said they didn't have to. I am beyond disbelieve of the arrogance of this young man and his total lack of customer service.
