This is my daughters second year attending MDS, we are extremely happy with all school staff including other parents involved with volunteering at the school. The security system at the school gives us a sense of peace while our daughter is in school knowing she is safe. The school curriculum is also good we love she is also learning Catholic Faith.

My children are both new to Madonna Del Sasso school this year and I have been very pleased with the program and most importantly the staff. My kids are both doing well academically and excited to go to school everyday.

Madonna del Sasso school is an excellent school. My child is now in 5th grade and I can say that he has learned a lot not just in his academics but also in his understanding about the Catholic faith. I would recommend bringing your child to Madonna because the school cultivates a very positive environment for learning.

I can't say enough good things about Madonna Del Sasso School! ? The double gate security provides peace of mind for parents, and the school isn't overly crowded, which allows for a focused learning environment. Mr. James Evans, the principal, knows every student personally and greets them individually. His respect for parents is commendable. This school is a true gem, and I hope they continue to maintain their high standards!Plus, a shoutout to Mr. Johnny, who plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of every student when crossing the parking lot every single day. ?? #SafetyFirst #MadonnaDelSasso #SalinasSchools

My son has had a great start to 6th grade the teachers are amazing and the staff as well. We truly believe this change has been the best for him as he is academically doing great and made friends the first day.

MDS is an excellent school that we are blessed to be part of! The values my daughter learn are constantly progressing and she is extremely happy. The community at MDS is incredible. Everyone is kind and inviting, there are many opportunities for families to connect.The curriculum is focused both on strong academics as well as the social emotional health of students. Teachers and staff are highly supportive. I can only thank all the staff for their commitment and dedication. I appreciate how Principal Evans and Mr. Johnny greeted the students every morning in the parking lot until gate is close lol. I highly recommend MDS school to everyone

Madonna del Sasso is a good school in my opinion, they got my daughter in quickly since we started later in the year and were very hands on throughout the process and were very responsive. Also my daughter loves her classroom its a well kept up environment you get to be involved which I enjoy. Her teacher and aid are great and very responsive when needed and are very good with the kiddos. It's a very well structed school I also enjoy the morning assembly I also love the small class feeling. My 4 year old loves going to school.I did wish they offered lunch as you have to pack your own lunch everyday for your kiddo. But they do offer lunches you can purchase two days of the week. Also uniforms I wish there was a local vendor you could reach out locally. The website seems to get back ordered sometimes but seems to be getting better with their orders. I also enjoy that the staff and very familiar with the kids and families it makes you feel very welcomed and the kids get to get familiar with everyone. This is our first year with this school but we will be reenrolling next year!

My daughter has been going to MDS since Kindergarten, she is currently in 4th grade as I write this. We have been so happy with her education and her being active in church learning about our Catholic faith. The staff at MDS are; approachable, have open communication, friendly, and accommodating. Mr. Evan's (Principal) and Mr. Johnny are awesome with drop off in the morning and afternoon, they know each child's name by heart. Mr. Evans and staff have always put our Children's safety first, I have never felt uneasy about my daughter's safety, the school is secure with measures that are in place. I will definitely be sending our other daughter to school at MDS when she is ready!

Madonna del Sasso School is a great school in my opinion, every classroom has a teacher and instructional aide. The classes and school seem relatively well structured with a morning assembly that brings all of the students together in the morning.The school does require community service hours to be completed by parents/guardians for each student enrolled. There are quite a number of school related activities throughout the year for parents/guardians to participate in.Children tend to meet or exceed their grade level in terms of reading, writing, and math. Home is assigned at all grade levels, from TK to 8th. Students show a tremendous amount of pride in their school and are college bond, this is evident by their choice of college sweatshirts, t-shirts, and hoodies. This gives the school a real college-bound atmosphere.School uniforms are required, there is a single vendor and the school should consider a local vendor like some of the other Catholic schools in the area.Communication from the Principals office is above average/excellent, parents are always informed of school related activities, holidays, professional development days for staff, etc.Students are required to bring their own lunch, the school does have Pizza Tuesdays and Thursdays at a reasonable price. It would be great if the school could provide a school lunch, they have a small cafeteria to do so.Lastly, the parents, guardians, grandparents are super friendly and supportive of the school.

It is my daughter's first year at school, and it is the best decision we could have seen made. A very good and healthy environment for the children and the level of education is very good along with all the staff who are very friendly and prepared.
