i highly advise every one to listen to all the one star reviews, please stay away from this shop. these people are liars and do NOT know what they’re doing. they will try to sell you anything but LIES. after an accident i got into, i took my car in Nov and did not get it back until 5 months later only to receive it in the worst condition ever. the whole front frame was not aligned and they even put cardboard on my fender liners and PAINTED THEM BLACK so i wouldn’t notice. they claimed to not be able to fix my fog lights but i don’t believe their lies. the only thing they were able to fix was my grill because it had a crack after i revived it back but even then, the whole job was absolute crap. don’t take your cars to these guys, they will somehow make your car looking worse, DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you're planning on getting your car fixed here ,Don't even think about it. The worse place ever! Will have your car sitting outside their parking lot and not even work on it .

This so called auto shop doesn’t know what they are doing! They are unprofessional and are NOT reliable mechanics!!! With my daughters consent (since she is stressing out for their incompetence) I have called the shop several times to speak to the owner and demand they refund my daughter almost $500.00 dollars, every time the owner wasn’t available. My daughter took her car in since it was experiencing coolant leaking under her car. She took it in 3 times since her car was still leaking first they said it was a faulty piece they put in. The second time they supposedly fix the problem, the car had an even bigger leak. The 3rd (see photo below) time it began leaking instead of wasting her money and time she took it to a “real” auto mechanic shop where they diagnosed the problem. I advise anyone who thinks about taking their car in for repair take it from me don’t!!!

Extremely unprofessional con artists. I got my car back after over 3 months. Lied to me and insurance company endlessly and never even finished repairing my car but got insurance to pay them anyway. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your car to be looked after. I will have to pay out of pocket to repair damage that these "mechanics" have left on my car as well as finish the job they couldn't.

I was in contact with Marcelino (Nephew of the owner). we made an appointment for him to come look at my vehicle, which he never showed nor he never called to reschedule.I called him the next day and he was again to show up and never did.This business is very UNRELIABLE and UNDEPENDABLE.I advise any potential customer to look elsewhere for a more reliable Auto Body Repair Shop services.

These guys had my vehicle for over 2 months. I brought a GM vehicle. The parts for this car could be found literally everywhere. It’s an American classic company. These liars and deceivers lied to the insurance company, made us pay 6 thousand dollars, for a front bumper damage. Unless you know these liars, expect them to have your car for months. You have a broken side mirror. Take it literally anywhere else, they will lie to try and keep your vehicle their. In my case they lied to the insurance how long this job would take. That’s why they did an estimate of 6 thousand dollars. These guys received numerous parts, and sent them back. Why you ask ? Because they already had a time period they lied to the insurance about when the vehicle would be ready. I called one day and they legitimately told me, we sent back your parts because we didn’t like the way they looked.Services: Body & Trim

The work they did on my car was garbage months ago. They painted it and the paint is already falling off. They charged a lot of money to do this garbage. I thought a lot about writing a review and I put it in Spanish so that everyone can read it. I trust them because they said a trustworthy place but it was the second time they did this to me, and there I go again and the same thing, don't go there, they are irresponsible and they don't guarantee the work because according to what they are going to solve it and they don't, I would give them a worse star but now There is no less, they are the worst in Salinas Ca, never go to that place, they are useless, they didn't even put the back stripe back correctly and they dare to say that they are chips from the stones they throw away, it is the most poorly done job I have ever done. seen in life and we will not return there because apart from that they are rude and do not take care of their business...thanks for ruining my car and all its paint!Service: Painting

My wife is very happy with the job and how much the AC's coldness is coming from the vents in the car. I called 5 different places and A&M has the best price in town. I recommend this place very highly.

It was generally clean and waxed. They did leave the seats untouched. They said it was because they were cloth. That shouldn't matter when they originally say they were going to clean them. Was not impressed but for $70 you be the judge.

Had a headache with S&M body shop. I took my Nissan car to get fixed for some body work from a car accident, but the work they did was horrible. The finished paint results had running paint drips appearance on the bottom passenger door, and not smooth looking paint. Also when they returned my car after putting it back together one of the tires was NOT installed correctly! I drove the car with the Tire bolts very loose, that the tire could have easily came off!! Then, I noticed that the rubber trim molding from under the hood was never replace.... I mentioned it to them and they had no excuse as to why it never got replaced and they said they would call me back to get it done but I never got a call back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are friendly at first, but watch out with these guys.

I came in got my lifts diagnosed as breaking, so paided 3k and up to get a new used motor and they replaced it, once I left out of town check engine light comes back on I let them know they say come in, once I let them know I’ll be going they tell me they mechanic retired and can’t fix my car so I wouldn’t go since they can’t service engines I just needed a sensor placed back in that they never added and told me they call me once they get somebody it’s been since October wouldn’t go until they got someone to fix carsService: Check engine light diagnostic

I absolutely love the way my vehicle turned out. I trusted S&M Auto Body with my vehicle and got it back better than I had it before. The owner Sergio is so sweet and understanding. I would definitely recommend this shop to all friends and family. I am absolutely in love with my car!!

I took my car so I can get an estimate. A guy took pictures and was supposed to call me back the next day , its been a week haven't heard from him..I found another shop that took care of me right away
