Went to the this location on 10/01/24 in the after noon idk what the ladies name is, she did help me but I felt both her and the lady at the register were not very welcoming they were rude. I won’t come to this location anymore

I came in with my mother looking for a bronzer the chick with the big hair and tattoos rolled her eyes at me and walked away ,why work with customers if you are going to give them a snarky additude ?! ..find another job ! Avoid this MAC, the one inside Macy's the girls are way much nicer ...

Rude staff, unwilling to help. When I did finally go out of my way to ask for help the man at the counter acted like I was bothering him by asking. I’ll stick to buying my makeup at Ulta. Mac makes me brake out anyway.

Jay from Mac Cosmetics in the Northridge mall was AMAZING. Even though I came in late in the evening he really took the time to help me find a blush and foundation that I love and he gave me a tutorial about how to apply my eyeshadow and blush, something that I really needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about brushes and makeup application and gave honest reviews about different products to really help me find what works for me. PHENOMENAL customer service: warm, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.

I love MAC's recycle program! I recycled eyelash cases and was able to turn them in and get a matte lipstick and a few matte eyeshadows for free. Also, ask for Gabriel M. He's amazing at what he does, extremely helpful, and not to mention, his makeup was immaculate!

I don't usually shop at MAC, I've had some very unfriendly experiences and refuse to go into the store. There was a new mascara I really wanted to try so I decided to deal and go inside. I didn't get the name of the associate who helped me (I wish I did) she was so amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. It was at 3:52 pm on Friday 5/27/22 ( I really hope that's helpful). I ended up buying more than expected, even signed up for the loyalty program. It was such a pleasant experience that I will be returning to this particular location in the future! Thank you so much to the young lady that helped me, I hope this review makes it to her.

They are more worried about selling items than having a happy customer. They aren't doing the full face makeup application yet, so I opted for an eye service. I had pictures of exactly what I wanted. I asked for smoky eye with under eyeliner. I received black eyelids with NO under eyeliner. I felt rushed. She kept fixing my eyebrows after I said I can just fix that myself at home because I definitely wanted enough time to finish the eye makeup. She claims she didn't have enough time to finish my eye makeup but some how she had enough time to apply the eyelashes. AGAIN, they are more worried about making sales than they are with a happy customer. If she finished my eye makeup and didn't have time to apply the lashes I would of still bought the lashes and just applied them myself at home. I wanted to buy eyeshadow but she said she could only use TWO COLORS. I was not told this when I made the appointment and it does not say that on the website! So now I am an unhappy customer and she didn't make sales that she could of if she took some care to give me the look I asked for. There was no one there for a makeup application so I don't understand how she didn't have time. Or how she does have time to apply lashes but not to finish my makeup. I love Mac and only use their products but save yourself the trouble and GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

I came looking for a gift for my wife. first I was approached by a lady that did not make me feel comfortable , she was not interested in helping at all , she just walked out on me. Another lady with great customer service noticed it and came out to me to continue helping me. Thank you Karen I appreciate your help and great attitude towards me. Still not coming back to this location. I really wanted to give 0 starts but Karen did great.

Worst experience everIf I could I would give zero stars…I went 2 months ago and I ask for a non oil foundation and the girl show me some colors, so told her what color i want and she replied “but it’s white for your skin color” and she gived the color that she wanted, i don’t return the product because they need more of me as client that i need the product in a market full of choices so sooner or later they are going out of bussines with the employees attitude.I don’t know and i don’t care i just never go back there

I went to this MAC during the busy weekend at the mall. All cosmetic stuff were very helpful when I asked for help. Especially I would like to thank to Karen. She is a very talented artist, and did an amazing makeover on my eyebrows. She was very friendly and informative with their products as well. I had fun talking to her. I highly recommend this MAC.

I love Mac Cosmetics. My favorites are the eye shadow and lipstick selection. They go on smoothly, don't cause sensitivity issues for me, and the price point is awesome! I am a blonde and have delicate skin, so this company is just right for me. I should add that i'm a skincare consultant with a cosmetic company so i'm familiar with quality products. Mac Cosmetics offer a larger color spectrum of makeup at affordable prices to add to my specifc tastes. Thank you Mac at Nordstrom's Topanga Mall! ??
