I would not recommend this school if your child is in need of more attention/affection. My son is not diagnosed with anything just a high energy 4 year old. He attended this school for two years. He is an over exaggerating story teller which is quite entertaining; yet this school failed to know his personality. A teacher made a call to CPS for a spanking as if we are a abusive home with no evidence that we have been cleared of. Our family has always been there for their many calls to send my child home for "not wanting to do school work" or a "temper tantrum" etc.. Within this report made to CPS they stated many behavioral issues that were never brought to our attention therefor were never taken care of before hand. Never contacted for a conference for these many allegations and failed to find my son the outside resources he may need such as counseling or testing. Also on many occasions a teacher has yelled in my child's face and grabbed him by his arm so hard causing a bruise which has been reported to authorities. This school is not worth the headache or money. For the well being of your family save yourself from the traumatic events they have caused us.

Excellent caring teachers, working to support students in their growth. Teachers go the extra mile to ensure students have what they need. Miss Rita is wonderful and works very well with the children. She has a natural way of keeping the children's attention and as we know It Can be challenging with this age! I am appreciative of their care and attention.

Horrible experience with the new director, she is impatient and unprofessional. I took my child out of that preschool because of her. The staff is nice but leadership is horrible. She ( the new director) seems unsure of how to handle/ deal with NORMAL behaviors in young children

I just started working at Little Friends Preschool in September 2017 and I have the joy of being a part of the team. I taught 3 years old and I had so much fun ! We have an awesome director who loves us and the children as well. She is very loving, and has a great compassion for all children. She’s wonderfully friendly and uplifting to all with a truly loving disposition.

What a great School! I was skeptical at first about the quality of teachers and program, but was pleasantly happy with them both! My Son enjoyed it and was excited about going back the next day. I am appreciative for the Christian stories and values they instilled in him. Ms. Joanna, the director is friendly and approachable. My sons teacher Ms. Angela was firm, loving and a great teacher! I highly recommend.

Our daughter will be starting Kinder in a public school in August, but Little Friends has done amazing work at getting her prepared and confident for her new journey. The team of teachers are very educated and also compassionate. They show each child individual attention and make sure they feel safe and validated in their feelings. My daughter has been there for about a year and a half, and in that time, she has blossomed educationally, mentally and emotionally. She has learned how to spell her name and other words, identify shapes, numbers, counting, animals, and i could go on and on. They have field trips the children attend, and they have Christmas, Easter, and Graduation Programs for the parents to see their children's progress. We love Little Friends Preschool and all of the staff there. I feel my daughter is in a safe environment where she is getting a meangingful education and also creating amazing memories. Thank you, Little Friends!

Great school with a terrific environment. Teachers are all amazing and great at their jobs. My daughter had ms Ariana and Ms. Carmen who were both fantastic but i spoke with all of the teachers on numerous occasions and they all are great. They learned tons academicaly and socially which is the most important. They have a huge emphasis on religion as well which im not big on since im not religious, but they dont drown her in it, the academic achievement comes first. It cost about 630 a month, not including the initial deposit. Its about the average price for preschools in salinas.
