Even with an appointment, the walk-ins before us went first. Got there at 7:00, 6 people before us, NONE of which had appointments and we were called in after about 10 people left. Tech was pleasant(we'd have given her ), no one had their name badges on.

Dropped off my wife to have her 2nd glucose (sugar level test for diabetes) while she is pregnant. It is her 2nd test since she failed the 1st test that was taken at quest diagnostics by Salinas Memorial Hospital. The 1st test went smooth with No problems and little bruising. The 2nd test was at the location on Alvin street, which caused A LOT of bruising for my wife and what upset us most is that the facility LOST vials of her blood that were meant for glucose testing!! We (she) had to go thru it all over again. Of course I went to a different facility. In the end she came out negative (no diabetes) I'd give this place a 1 star but 2 stars since the other location near salinas memorial did not have problems (little bruising)

I've been to this location before very early on a week day without an appointment and it's BUSY! I'd recommend to make an appointment just in case. I had Libby helping me out at the front. My Dr. didn't have the orders exactly the way they needed them to be but she asked me couple questions and stated that they will contact md on Monday. She was very pleasant and cheery. For the draw Marvin was the one to assist me. He was very nice, professional and so quick that I didn't even feel the needle go in!! I also witnessed several patients had to come from a different location due to recent storm's power outage. They were taken in with in minutes without any problems!

Been here for an hour, guy who just came in was seen before us. The ONE person who seems to be here said it'll be just a minute, 45 minutes later I'm still sitting in this empty lobby. Pretty slow place, but it seems like a big office with only one phlebotomist. Go elsewhere.

This was my first time here, I made an appointment 8:15am but got there at 8:22 because I got a little lost. I just recently moved to Salinas so I'm still not familiar with the area. The front desk girl was so rude. She did not asked if I had an appointment just told me to write my name down and took a copy of insurance card. I figured since I wrote down my appointment time she would notice. She called the person with an appointment after mine, so I went to tell her I had an appointment. She asked my name. She checked and right away she said "well you were late cause I checked and I checked at at 8:20 and you were still not here" I told her yes I got here at 8:22. She said "well that's considered late so now you have to wait". I completely understand I was late but I did not appreciate the attitude in her tone. I asked her if I could make another appointment instead she said "sure". I was like "ok can I make it here?" She just seemed so annoyed that I even asked her. So I just asked for my paperwork back and left. Again this was my first time here so I was not sure if the only way to make appointments was online or by phone. The girl's whole demeanor was just bad. I made an appointment at another location. Hopefully, the staff will be more welcoming and helpful.

Is it possible to give this place 0 stars!? Rude service, 3 technicians were unable to draw my blood in a combination of 2 days.... Oh yea, and major bruising on my arm. OUTCOME: Technician asked me to go to another lab for the drawing of my blood.
