They're great! Really friendly, super efficient and most importantly, always gentle! I used to fear the blood draw but no worries at Labcorp.

Not sure why this place is so underrated. First, the place is so clean, modern, and technological which I love. Second, the staff is very welcoming. Third, I did not get the name of the phlebotomist but I'd describe her. She is Caucasian, strawberry blonde hair, super friendly and nice. Well... I am afraid of needles and I get super anxious every time I have to do blood work but this lady OMG is so professional that I did not feel anything and it only took secs. Wow! I did tell her you are amazing, because she is. Awesome service, awesome people, and awesome place. If I ever need labs again now I know where I'll go. Thank you ❤

Score is -10. They didn't get the lab to my doctor visit in time which was 11 days after my blood was drawn. When the doctor's office called them, they said they couldn't find my records. Then I went to their office to talk to the office staff. The office manager said she would continue to look for record of me and call my by the end of the day.She never did. Then I tried to call their office based on a fake local number and got the endless corporate messaging system that leads to no where. Spent about 4 hours on the phone to corporate trying to get to a customer service person. Finally got to someone who asked me to send in a bunch of paperwork. She said she would call or email to confirm receipt. That was about 5 days ago. Meanwhile, I had to go to a second lab to get lab work done. When I called Medicare to find out how I can stop payment to Labcorps, they said that Labcorp already sent a bill to them and Medicare paid it. So looks like I'll have to go through a lenghty appeal process and if the appeal is denied, I'll get stuck for about $3,500 for the second lab test that I had done. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

I love coming here for lab draw. The staff are pleasant and courteous. There's clear instructions for masking policy and social distancing. They even give an option if you want to be texted while you wait outside. Easy electronic check-in. Process is definitely organized.

Closed more than a half hour early based on their site, posted hours, etc with no explanation given to customers, despite still being inside and available. Was unable to get critical blood work done via a standing order due to this asinine behaviour. 07/11/20

They closed more than a half hour early despite still being inside. Myself and two other patients (at least) were unable to get in for testing. This is ridiculous and unprofessional behavior; you simply don't close prior to your posted hours, especially not that far. This is theft from their company, as they were still clocked in but refusing to do their job. I hope they are fired. 7/11/20

I love the location, the work is done well, but the place needs to be remodeled. This is a Healthcare facility and it looks so dirty. What is wrong with the Corporate Office? Do they take zero pride in their image? Also, the office needs to honor the hours, if you say you are open between set hours be open. Twice now I have come from my job and you close prior to 4:30 pm for no reason. This is poor customer service.

Horrible service. I dont have a thyriod and until recently have been getting all my bloodwork done by Quest. For the first year and a half I would have to go every month for blood work due to how severe my condition was. Recently its slowed down to every 3 months. For my first 3 month blood draw i went to Labcorp instead of quest, everything seemed ok they had me checking at a kiosk and then have a seat and wait. I waited got my blood drawn and left. Fast forward to 3 months later (today) and this time when i show up for my blood draw I am informed I have a past due balance with them and they cant draw anything until they get a payment. I was never informed I would need to pay them anything at the first visit. There was never any mention of my having a co pay or deductible until today. When i called customer service the lady there was rude and unhelpful more trying to bully me into a payment. All in all this place was the worst the people are rude and uncaring and would rather see you suffer than try and do thier job.

We've been to four other labs in the area and these guys are the best so far. Not the slickest reception area but they get us in quickly, the services are professionally and compassionately administered, and the results are promptly sent to the doctor. Good job Lab Corp!

I arrived t 3:45 and the lady told me I had to come back another day. There was no one In there except her and another worked just sitting there gossiping. They had 15 minutes to draw my blood. Is this the norm to get paid to do nothing at the end of the day? I will never come back to this place again. I hope they get fired. They lost a customer!
