I don’t recommend La Z Boy products. I bought an expensive electric recliner because I thought that La Z Boy was a reputable company that would stand by their products. My mistake, now I have a recliner with a broken mechanism that no longer reclines and is less than 2 years old. They did send me the parts for free but with no instructions on how to perform the repair. They informed me they would not help me other than to give a name and number for a repair service that charges $215 to repair the chair. Apparently La Z Boy discovered there is a flaw in the way they engineered the mechanism so they sent me the revised parts but yet doesn’t cover the install/labor or any directions but expects ME to know how to fix the chair. Ridiculous the chair isn’t even worth the hassle. Very disappointing, lesson learned, don’t waste your hard earned money on La Z Boy.

Pete was amazing. Showed us right to the lift chairs and we were able to pick one out and have it delivered the very next day in time for Thanksgiving with our Mom!

I have had a horrible experience with my recliner purchase. I got my recliner on a big sale and the price was 75% off the original price. I paid $944.87 USD After less than 3 months the padding in the recliner wore out. There was absolutely no support and the chair was uncomfortable. La-Z-Boy picked it up for repair which took about 2 weeks. Well I have been complaining ever since. The chair wasn't properly repaired and La-Z-Boy claims it's the stores responsibility to resolve issues. Well I can say without a doubt that this store doesn't give a f*** about their customers. The management is full of s*** and won't stand behind the poorly built garbage they're selling. This isn't a good place to buy furniture.

The most important part of buying an expensive power recliner is not the day you buy it. When you pay much more than a thousand dollars, the most important issue is how repairs are handled. This store will give you fast help if it is for 1 year. After a year it is a nightmare. We bought Extended warranty Guardian insurance, they are a scam. I blame Signature for using scam insurance that will gaff you off until you give up on a valid claim. No one cared that my father-in-law is one of the LAST WWII 2 purple heart veterans and has to sleep in his chair because of being shot in the back multiple times.
