I found that Joy-Per's Shoes carry items which can not be found in other shoe stores. I spent over $300.00 on a pair of shoes and a pair of PowerStep Pinnacle Memory Foam insoles. Since I had over a 45 minute drive to where I came from and needed to use their bathroom, I asked to use it but the store associate would not let me use their bathroom. I am very impressed. Shipping was so fast! The Ugg boots that were hard to find most places were reasonably priced and in stock in the size I wanted. I was nervous ordering these boots online from a store I wasn’t familiar with (especially at this time of year) and Joy-Pers did not disappoint. Thank you-I will be recommending you to friends and family.

completed an online order prior to Christmas! I had never heard of this business... however, their service exceeded my expectations for such a busy time of year AND because I ordered a shoe that was sold-out everywhere else online/in stores. I had doubts that this would actually be fulfilled. Thankfully, the process was easy and delivered as expected! Without hesitation, would plan to order from them again to give them the business although I am not local (in GA vs. CA). Had a very happy teen daughter on Christmas morning!!

I ordered online from Joypers and could not be happier with their service. I ordered one evening and the order shipped out the next day. I also had a special request with the shipping. I did not want the recipient to know they were from me. Recipient received the boots with nothing identifying me. Great service! Will not hesitate to order again from them!

No stars, no value, Do NOT go to this store for anything, NADA.!!!!!!!!!!Some Surgeons and Podiatrists give out 10%off purchase coupon ..specifying what is required...on the advice of my Physical Therapist, return shoes, not properly fitted... The staff and store manager are wonderful...do the best they can...the Owner makes all return decisions......pretty much worthless, an embarrassment..........NICE Going JP.... YELP insists on a star otherwise they will not post...so yes 1 star for one of the most horrendous experiences, maybe not as much as head on collision...but close!!!

Joypers is a staple shoe store located in Main Street jn South Salinas. I wandered in because my pregnant feet are so swollen I needed something new to wear for our baby shower the following day. The staff was friendly and so helpful! They measured my feet and made recommendations based on both my foot length and width. I ultimately landed with a pair of Birkenstocks because they're Comfortable, good quality, adjustable and fit my swollen feet well. I hadn't been here in years prior, but was Pleasantly surprised by their cute selection of clothing and other accessories. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for customized help with your shoe purchase of if you just want to browse Some cute clothes'

I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon to come here (from Monterey) for insoles. Everyone was very helpful and patient, helping me try on many options and providing great service. I ended up buying a new pair of Hokas (like walking on a cloud!) and receiving 10% discount bc of the referral. They had to order my size but it arrived in less than a week, just in time for my trip to Europe. Added bonus, I got to pick custom color shoe that they don't normally carry! It's a drive for me to get here but I will definitely go back for the professional and great service.

While the store offered an excellent selection of shoes, I thought the prices were a little expensive. The customer service was adequate, but I had the impression that the staff was uninformed about the things they were selling.

Shoes are a bit pricey but the service is superb and you will walk away much happier and with a lighter stride! My wife and I ended up buying 4 pairs of super confortable shoes!
